Difficult printer to use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My office jet mobile Bluetooth printer started giving me problems after 2 years. Had to get another mobile printer to use with my tablet while in the car. Noone makes Bluetooth any longer. Best they could come up with was this Epson workforce 100, which has wifi direct, as well as hot spot compatability. It was near impossible to set up. I spent hours with the Geek squad, multiple calls to Epson support, calls to Verizon support since I couldn't get it to hook up with my hotspot. Noone seems to know very much about the printer. The most helpful was Verizon tier 2 support. It is possible that Epson support may have been able to assist me.....if I had been able to understand any of their tech support agents. There is nothing more frustrating than needing help and not being able to understand someone. For this reason alone, I will never buy another Epson product.

Nice size but not worth it

Probably should take it back because it’s great as far as compact but haven’t been able to print anything out.

Printer is not worth it’s price

Make sure you install all drivers needed or it won’t print pdf kind of documents. Full set of ink is 38$ and it lasts long enough

OK for intended use

Great Printer for a Someone Always on the Go!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While searching for a product that can help a road warrior like myself print documents on the fly as access to normal printers isn't always convenient. I decided to try this product and boy am I ever glad I did. It's been a huge addition to my business. Sure it's not the fastest printer around...but its about the convenience of a mobile solution as opposed to spending time transferring things in e-mails or on flash drives and then heading to the nearest FedEx for $30 print jobs. The re-chargeable battery eliminates the need for a power source (and it keeps the weight of the product fairly negligible for carrying in my briefcase). The ability to connect over wi-fi or utilize the USB cord is also something that surprised me. I haven't had the same wi-fi issues some of the other reviewers have had but admittedly so, the printer works best with the USB connection. I haven't had ink leakage as of yet, but then again, I'm constantly using it. I've been quite happy with the value of this printer.

so bad

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the head is constantly ruining and I returned and lost money because Best Buy did not return my money in full, while I had it in use, it left lines of text split in half I remember one day while I was in the city of Durham, NC, I had to print a document and did not realize that the printer had totally failed, until seven hours later when I arrived in Boltimore MD, all my work went to waste.

Terrible printer

Bad battery life

Pointless to use on the road. I exchanged for another thinking maybe I got one with a bad battery. But nope the 2nf was just as bad. Returned and got a refund
