Portable and user friendly, definitely will fit in a back pack or computer bag for easy travel. Plan to purchase ink cartridges frequently.

Doesn't work all that well with Salesforce. It's also a bit buggy to connect with the IPAD if you are using it on the road.

Major Issues and too expensive. My wife was traveling over seas for work and needed a printer. Even though this was expensive we thought it would fit her needs. We tested the printer before she left and seemed to work fine. Once she got to her hotel overseas we immediately had issues. It has been a series of errors that we can't resolve and unfortunately she will be at that location for the next six months. Some of the issues are: can't detect the cartridge some times, it says the printer heads have to be replaced even though we have only printed about six pages since we go the printer. It also has connection errors. The error about the printer head makes it so it won't print at all. She ended up having to go to a store overseas and purchase another printer. By the time she returns the warranty will be expired and we will just be out the $250.

Works, then it doesn't. I was really excited to get something that printed so cleanly and didn't take up that much space. And it worked great. It printed for me cleanly. And then, after less than fifty print jobs, it just wouldn't turn on. It printed just fine one day. Then didn't work the next. The manual is useless - essentially saying, if there's no power, try pushing the power/on button. Thanks Epson. This was a waste. I've just ordered an HP - that's a machine that's been reliable forever at my other work base.
