Defective unit

Unfortunately, it did not. It would not turn on using just the battery, even after charging the battery to 100%. The option of operating off a battery was very important to me, but it just didn’t work. In addition, each time I turned it on it told me it didn’t recognize the ink cartridges (which came with the printer). It wanted me to replace the cartridges even though they were brand new. So, a printer that wouldn’t turn on using the battery, and wouldn’t print when it was plugged in, wasn’t of much use to me. Thank you Best Buy for accepting the return of a defective unit.

It worked well for a couple of prints. Right now it is sitting on the floor in my home office.
