Not good...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product did not meet the expectations, after a couple of months, I changed everything that the printer suggested (cartridge, filter, port, etc) and it just stopped working.

Not a bad printer, but maybe look at the Officejet
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this in a head to head comparison to the HP Officejet 200 and returned this WF-110. I found the photo print quality to be a let-down, Epson is typically my go-to for photo printing. Other drawbacks were the slower print speeds and paper capacity (when compared to the Officejet 200).

Compact perfection
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the perfect WorkForce compact printer. This little powerhouse is perfect for small spaces, but don't let its compact size deter you from purchasing the WF-110. For my little artist this is a great little printer, she can use it for school work during the week to print off assignments for turn in. It's also allows her the opportunity to print off her art work and share with the family. The set up was simple and it only took me a matter of minutes to get it linked in. My entire family is able to connect to this printer. We have no problem printing from a Windows PC, an apple iPhone or iPad. with photo paper I'm able to print perfect photo's from my DSLR camera and display a great shot I acquired during my weekend nature outing in my office space. The EPSON WorkForce WF-110 is great for home use, school use and even work applications. What I enjoy the most about this printer is the ability to take it where ever I go. It has a rechargeable battery and the ability to print picture by linking to your device of choice. I totally recommend this printer to anyone in any situation it will not disappoint.

Decent Travel Printer - Works well with Limitation
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The WF-110 is a sleek wireless printer from Epson. It is completely wireless, so not only do you print to it over wifi, it also has a battery and operates untethered to an outlet. Charging is via USB and it does have an AC adapter for when you'd be stationary for an extended period of time. It folds up pretty nicely for travel and makes for a great companion to a wireless portable scanner. In the box is the printer, ink cartridges (which for some reason surprised me. I guess I was thinking they'd be built in or something), a USB cable, instructions, and . . . a CD! I suppose that has installation stuff but in this day and age, wouldn't one just download the app or drivers? **REVIEW THIS** Setup was pretty straightforward. After installing the ink cartridges, I powered on the printer, then using the tiny color screen, connected it to my wifi network. I then loaded it up with paper and did a few test prints after downloading and installing the printer software. It was at this time that I learned the software can also configure the printer for your wireless network. The print quality was good. Documents and shipping labels printed well. Print speed wasn't too fast but about on par with some inkjet printers. If working in a hotel, this would be excellent - unless you're trying to print a 200 page report at the last minute. Aside from the printer's native print speed, you'd be slowed down by the need to constantly add paper to the tray as it simply can't hold that much, around 20 sheets. Color prints were also good though it struggled with really detailed photos. However, for something used on the go, I think this works well. I will caution something however. Color prints, especially full color full page will be slow. Like over a minute slow. For business users, your color is likely a few figures on a otherwise black and white page and so speed will not be impacted. If you're trying to use this as a photo printer, you will pay the speed price. When printing, you will need a relatively clean surface or sacrifice one sheet of paper to be your surface as the printer does not have a tray or guide to hold printed output. It will just come out on the table or whatever the printer is sitting on. This makes for a more compact printer, but keep this in mind when printing out at a coffeeshop where there might be minor spills or food particles on the table. I exercised the printer enough where I wanted to try out charging it. Starting from the USB I discovered something interesting - you can't charge the printer battery while it is ON. The AC adapter however seems to handle that ok. So, if traveling, you'd want to make sure to top off the charge before embarking on your trip or plug it in to charge before you actually need to print. Simply plugging it in to your laptop with it ON and expecting it to charge in between prints or while you're working may lead to unexpected shutdown. On a positive note, the USB cable lets you print without needing to connect to wifi. So, it can work like a normal tethered USB printer. Another thing I noticed while randomly experimenting, the printer does not do duplex (print on both sides). You can manually duplex however (as in the printer will wait for you to flip the paper over and continue printing, versus you manually printing one page, then load the paper again, then printing the next page). Other than the slow color printing and battery charging over USB, I think this is a decent travel printer.
