It is not very convenient to set up and easy to use.

Waste of time and money. Large pain in the neck to set up wirelessly. If you have to REsetup, it is good for nothing but the trash can - will NOT acknowledge the new router and password AT ALL., No matter what I do. Print quality is "eh" at best. So very unhappy.

Complicated setup after setting it up used it twice the next time I tried to print something the cartridges got jammed and there was no way to fix them packed it up brought back no problems got a hp instead couldn't be happier

It worked so well for the first 3 months. I replace the ink the and now when I print I only get half of my document printed or it prints with out some words. You get what you pay for...

keep putting on wifi password, have to change all ink color even though only one is empty :( good fax & scanner.

Hard to set up page for print, scan and copy. Doesn't let you find document easily after you have scanned it

I have configured this printer on Wi-FI and wanted to print some important documents. To my bad luck, I had some unrecognisable characters printed.

Yeah the ink does not last long, especially the black, all the others was still over half full, I do not think that is a good printer to me, and when I tried a aftermarket black ink thing in it, it did not wanna recognize it cause it was not the OEM ink thing, I got from on eBay.

Nothing but errors and jams on 2 of them I bought.

I'm greatly disappointed. This printer is cheaply made. It prints very slowly. It shakes violently as it prints. The color printing doesn't work. It prints only in black and white. The WiFi doesn't work, I have to plug in the USB. I purchased this so that I can print from across the room, but it's not possible.

Would connect and disconnect from wifi. It was very unreliable

something is wrong already, I replaced the black ink already and I only used at least 5 times. and now it wont accept the ink cartridge. my new Epson printer wont print after buying my expressive ink.

We bought this product twice, the first one lasted approximately a month, called and was sent a new one to replace it, Turn it on and it broke. Both had issues when you tried to print , the thing broke that move the thing that did the printing.

Set up ok. A lot of buttons to move the cursor around. Not easy. Copy from glass feature doesn’t work. Keep getting an error message. Will print from iPhone and iPad ok. Going to return to Best Buy.

Should have spent the extra money for a better printer, hard to work, have to keep setting it up. Turn it off and you have to put the Wi-Fi password in again.

the graphics were not hi-res at all! Tried to use to print graphics for crafts. very poor resolution
