I have owned several brands of printers over the years, but will now own only Epson printers. Love them !

Having had pervious Epsons that were fairly sturdy & user-friendly to operate, this one is clearly inferior. It's NOT AT ALL easy to operate, rather it's very confusing and time-consuming to figure out various menu-driven commands; also, plastic quality seems destined for a short life span. While it lasts, the print quality is good though above operating characteristics result in high volume of paper consumption.

The printer has worked out great. The wireless feature, the speed of printing and the freedom to place it anywhere in the room works out very well. The only small problem was the initial setup with the wireless connection. The printer had to be updated with newer drivers and updates which were available from Epson. The geek squad helped out very well over the phone with their expertise directions and on line tech work. Worked great after that.

Love the large capacity ink cartrages. Easy to use and multifunctional. This is a value packed printer.

Had a difficult time installing since I didn't grasp directions at first. Had to do trial and error. Function panel is hard to understand and is confusing. Have to use several times to get familiar with the wording.
