Print is clear, but printer lacking in some areas

Sometimes the printer will not print an item sent from the computer, so I have to unplug the printer then plug it back in. We unplug it because the printer's power button will not work in this mode. I bought this Epson printer because the previous Epson printer/scanner never gave us a problem in the many years we had it, and this one was on sale.

Good Basic Printer
