Great copier and fax machine

When it came to printer something from the internet, note pad or a word document the printer would print a lot of numbers symbols or nothing at all. Took printer back to Best Buy and a Great Geek Squad Technician by the Name of Ross spent time trying to figure out what was wrong with the printer. Needless to say, I returned the printer and received a gift card.
