I'm very dissatisfied with the faxing feature on this machine. It is an all-in-one, but the fax doesn't work if you have VOIP (like U-verse). I later read in the manual that it may not work with VOIP because VOIP is digital and fax machines are made for analog. Why would Epson make a product like this knowing that so many people and companies have their phones through Internet? The printing, scanning, and copying work great though.

The best feature is I can print double sided and I love that I can perform that task with my screenplays.

It does not print pages ommediatly. Sometimes it automatically prints pages in excess days later, wasting ink and paper. Fraustrating.

I'm a 'lifetime' Epson user having owned more than a dozen Epson products over the past 25+ years. Overall, I have been 100% satisfied, which is why I have remained loyal... but not this time. This all-in-one has the most confusing, convoluted and user UN-friendly user interface I've ever encountered on ANY piece of electronic equipment. It's extremely hard to use b/c it is totally UN-intuitive and virtually impossible to figure out. Trying to follow the cryptic guidance to perform even the simplest of tasks (e.g., printing a fax report) took me a dozen attempts over an hour's time to figure out! This product is a sorry example of what happens when shortcuts (presumably to save money?) are taken and wind up totally defeating the originally intended purpose of the device. Very disappointing!! (BTW, I'm an electronics systems engineer, so I am NOT technically challenged.)

The iPhone app is amazing. Fast printing. I've been printing for weeks now and haven't touched the ink.

The work force 2650 prints well. But sometimes it goes in a setting by itself, that requires to unplog the printer in order to print. I haven't found the reason why.

needed a fax, found this all in one for a good price for those who are on a budget. works great...

I bought this printer not too long ago this year, and it was working fine in the beginning. It then began to slowly deteriorate, as in it began to slow down. Eventually the scanner would not work and it would take many times to print. I am not sure if it is me, I seem to always get the defective products. I will be exchanging it. Hopefully the next one will work.

Actually bought for a friend who wanted a good printer that was economical. I know a few people that use this printer and all are happy with it. At the sale price I really was thinking to get one as a spare.

I would love to use this. However crazy enough there is no way for me to get info on how to get this to print. I sent an email and have not been able to have the company give me a straight answer to fix the problem.

This printer keeps needing to be unplugged and plugged back in to work. Wasting my time!

Average user friendly printer. Price is good, but the printing quality bad. Also slow printing and scanning takes forever. Now it's clogged and won't print. Time for a better one. Stay away

Printer works well most of the time but I've had to shut it down and restart it to get it to print. Says it's printing but just sits there. It also has dropped its internet connection and has to be re-established. This is my second Epson and the other one had issues after two years. The print had lines in it and cleaning helped for a while but then wouldn't stop. Wasted a set of print cartridges.

Works as good as the more expensive one I bought a year and a half ago for half the price

it prints like a laser, no smudging! and in color. and the refills are only about $13!!

My Epson wireless was easy to set up and I really like the quality and it is a great printer.

great printer for the price just wished i had got the next grade up because you can not use you sd card on this one thats why i gave it a 4 stars

I'm completely satisfied with the Epson printer. It's easy to use and very reliable.

Good performance for the price. The original ink lasted much longer than expected, Reloading was a problem at first, second try the ink slid out to the reload position and it was easy and smooth

This is not the printer you want for photos...which is not what I needed. I needed a printer that was an all in one-fax, scanner, printer, copier. I knew I wanted something that had auto 2 side printing and didn't cost an arm and a leg to replace the ink. This fit the bill!! plus it is wifi capable! I've used the wifi to print from my phone so many times already! Easy set up and configuration!
