fast and clear copies

The software that came with the printer was not for Windows 10. I took the PC and software to Geek squad. They were not able to get the printer to work with the pc in scanner mode They then Installed a work around for scanning process. Printer instructions poorly written. Directions for replacing ink cartridges are incomplete. Again not Best Buy fault but Epson.

After months the scanner/printer is not yet functional. It tells me there is an error in installation, Geek Squad wants me to wait on the phone for 25 minutes, which is very impractical for me, and I'm getting nowhere. I go out to Copymat to get my work done. The Lenovo PC with Windows 8 does not help.
