I had a lot of trouble getting printer connected to computer. Epson 800 number for help. Couldn't understand the person or his instructions.

The printer is great does what it's made for with no issues what so ever. Only downfall is picture printing duality but other than that it's great.

Does everything with no problems and is wireless !

Does exactly as described. Easy to set up wifi. Like most low end printers, ink usage isn't great. Not bad just wish it was better.

Purchased on sale. Scans easier than my Epson Photo scanner. I have not printed yet as the printer is new.Test print looks sharp.

I bought this printer to replace an HP. Should have known better. I only used it a few times and had to buy black ink. Upon replacing the ink cartridge the trouble began. Now I'm getting an error that one of the color cartridges is not recognized. Replaced it and still nothing.

The ink seems to have a problem, if you do not pull the tab for the ink before installing, then the printer assumes that it is working correctly and prints garbage, "non readable print" , you will have to reset your printer as if it was just bought and beginning setup, and that is a difficult procedure to do. I ended up returning the thing and getting a HP envy 4500 which was cheaper and did the job without ink issues.

We really like this printer. It did not get 5 stars because while the tray paper feed works we prefer the open back feed.

needed a scanner and found this at a good price that was an all in one. Serves the purpose but is not a heavy duty scanner.

Needed a printer that could print invitations on a thicker paper, printer succeded when my other one kept getting stuck

Though it works fine, the control panel is not very user friendly. May be because it's a change from my Epson Artisan.

This is a great printer. I use it every day. I like the draft feature to save on ink. The ink XL ink lasts a lot longer than I expected! I think its worth paying extra for and definitely recommend the extended warranty through the geek squad. It is worth the extra money.

I have needed to remove the driver & reinstall the program to make it work. This has been time consuming and frustrating

I've had this Epson WF-2650 All-In-One printer for more than a month. It's performed flawlessly, so far. Certain docs can sometimes be a little slow to print. But, no big deal. Prints excellent high-quality photos, too! A near-excellent buy, for a fantastic sale price.

Basic... Ink way way way over priced... They figured out the "buy a new printer" for the price of the ink deal...

had problem with copy function a had to change paper source setting to 'with border" and other printer settings

This is a great all in one printer / copier but the one that's the next level up would've been a better purchase.

It completes the job though nothing special. The set up is easy for wifi. It's just a bit noisy when printing.

Great small footprint on my desk. A little tricky changing ink jets but overall a good all-in-one color printer.

Good price, simple install, slow, noisy. Decent printer for infrequent use.
