I have had it a few months with a couple issues that keep occurring. The printer keeps disconnecting from the wifi (royal pain for the laptop not connected with cord) and when we print pictures with text there are streaks in the pictures. You can adjust the print quality to eliminate the streaks but I don't know why this is not done automatically through the printer software.

Easy to use startup instructions. Printer ink is reasonably priced. The clarity of the print is very good.

This is a very poor quality printer. It ran out of ink within two weeks and after I changed the ink cartridge for the first time (and I did it correctly, per Epson instructions) it began skipping every other line on Standard Quality. I now have to print everything on High Quality and change my black ink cartridge nearly once a week. So disappointed!

This is one of the lowest end printers I've ever had. It's an All-in-One and if you scan a document, you can't print until you turn it off, unplug it, and turn it back on. I've had it for only two months, and it is not printing completely. The color green fades into a bright yellow, and it is painfully slow. Spend your money on a better product.

I purchased this for a good deal at Best Buy. It has been reliable and excellent, and I can say that, after 1 month, the print cartridges that came with the printer are still working even though I was warned they would run dry quickly.

My kids needed a new printer and so we bought this one. It was on sale and worth every penny.

After hours on phone with Epson/AT&T, told it was hardware problem. Instead of taking for service, returned it for new one. Took a long time to connect to laptop and get working. Instructions aren't to clear and sometimes "ok" doesn't get you anywhere. It's still a work in progress. Cartridges are inexpensive at 1 store; almost double at another.

It’s a good printer, but you have to replace the ink cartridges quit frequently.

Copier is very good for home use. Easy to use and copies are clear and colors are vivid

Loud. Not user friendly. So many steps just to print or copy a document. I have to disconnect printer and reconnect to get it to print anything. Will have to troubleshoot, but not enough instructions included when setting up. Disappointed, should have taken it back!

Epson has been around for years. They are still doing a great job with their products.

Bought it, got it home and was broken out of the box. Took it back and got another brand.

I like the printer but it is too noisy when printing.
