The only complaint I have on the printer is that the wifi signal is not very good.

It does what it's supposed to. I haven't figured out how to fax yet but will learn someday .

Didn't realize you had to have a land line to use fax, other than that a good copier.

Very basic printer, does not shrink or expand images, but as a printer it works well

I bought this printer because it had all the functions i needed. The first month was great aside from the color printing which came out in blotches. After the second month the display just stopped working, I tried various things to fix it but i couldn't access the menu. I've addressed the problem with Epson but have not heard back

It does everything we want and it was a great price. We can even print from our phones. But, don't tell the kids. I like that the paper is stored flat and in a tray. Only draw back is that the wi-fi is a little weak.

Printer is great at everything that you need it to do, especially for the price. The BIG BONUS is that it comes with full ink cartridges, not starter cartridges.

Takes a very long time to spool up and frequently looses wireless conductivity.

No sense in spending a lot of money on a printer. Just need basic functions

Works with my iPhone is the best I can say about this. It was a iPhone compatible advertised printer. Changing settings is a pain. Could be a heck of a lot user friendly. And it seems to eat ink cartridges. And we all know a couple ink cartridges equal the price of printers these days.

I am happy with the device. I have used the device for personal and work.

No complaints so far, bought on sale and got another $10 with price match.

Return the printer because it would not print I even took the ink cartridge back to Best Buy to try. Put them in there printer and they worked took them home put them in the one I bought never printed. Returned for refund.Bought a Cannon works fine.

I like the professional style drawer feed for paper and this one has it.

Great printer with no problems since I bought it. Bought ink a couple of times which gets pricey but I guess that's how they're able to sell them so cheap. Great value for the money. Who Fax's anymore? :)

Purchased printer for my mom and she thinks it great. Gets the job done

I'm still using my old printer since I still have ink cartridges but can only say that everything I've purchased from Best Buy has been the best. Can't wait to hook up my new wireless all in one printer.
