Not happy

It took me 3 hours the panel is not user friendly and you had to set up each function the separate. The salesman stated it was plug and go so that was appealing since I know nothing about how to set it anything. I could not run the disk provided and had to call tech support to be walked through the manual process. Don't like it at all. It's also difficult figuring out how to make a copy.
