This printer was terrible and I returned for a full refund

printer since 9/14/15. broke all ready no support!

Horrible experience would recommend it to anyone..

Frustration mounts trying to use this device wireless. It seems to print when it feels like and the cartridge life is a joke. I am not a fan of this device and when I upgrade I will not purchase an Epson product.

Print fair uses mucho ink and after 39days of little use needs repair

this is the most temperamental machine I have ever had to use. the copier is hit or miss, One day it will work then for 3 weeks it will insist that there is a paper jam and then all of the sudden it will just copy. The scanner takes at least 60 seconds per page and this is if you are lucky enough to be able to get it to accept the page size. I bought a canon for 29 bucks scans ad copies in seconds, no fax and no wifi but for my purposes the canon is a steal.

This printer is about to get retired until generic cartridges become available. Ink has already cost more than the printer in a month. Highly suggest making sure you can get good generic cartridges before buying any printer. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER.

I bought this printer, because I do a lot of work from home. It works less than half the time. It does not stay connected to wi-fi very well, and when I use a CAT5 cord, it still says that there is a communication error. It has never faxed, even though I followed directions. Again, it says communication error. When I change the cartridges out, it won't recognize the new cartriges and it often takes 30-40 minutes and a bit of voodoo to get this stupid thing to even take the cartriges it prescribes. DO NOT BUY!!!

this printer works fine and the other features work fine too. but it uses 4 different ink cartridges. black cyan magenta and yellow. if any one of them runs out of ink. you cannot print at all until it is replaced. if cyan runs out. you cant print in black and white only until you buy more cyan. the main bad thing is. the color runs out even if you never print anything in color. it still runs out. there is an explanation for this i wont get into that you can find online. but it still is not cool.

Did not like the printer. It was to replace a brother printer. I tried it and it was miserable to use. Sorry. went back to brother

Terrible printer..Uses too much ink.Too noisy ....

The printer worked good for about a week and then gave out. It would not turn on anymore.

This printer/scanner works very fast and all copies and scans are clearl.

Not very user friendly - couldn't get error messages to quit appearing - had to return :(

I purchased this printer to replace the Epson Workforce 610. While I love the new features of this product, the automatic 2 sided printing (so much easier than the old model) and the ability to print from my iPhone and iPad (big kudos here), I miss the speed and the quality of the print. It is also noisier. Overall I would recommend it. It is especially a good value for the price.

We purchased this model based on the described features, but could not get a quality print. Color printing especially was very poor. We returned this printer and got an HP all-in-one which has performed much better.

From day 1 I have had nothing but problems with this printer. The printer head always needs cleaning. It always skipd dots. I have tried but am so fustrated

does not print clear, you can not read anything it prints. ink did not last long at all. you have to cut off and back on to get it to print from wifi.
