I've owned Epson printers in the past and liked them, but this one has been very, very disappointing. Controls are balky and non-intuitive. An ink cartridge seems to last for about 20 pages of printing. It's an 'all-in-one' but, out of the box, the scanner didn't work. I had to call Epson and download special software. There was no explanation whatsoever. This will probably be my last Epson.

I went a step up this time on the computer model and my issues are still the same. Only worked for a short period of time and keeps blaming the ink so I used Epson this time. Also the messages don't go away such as "paper size not compatible with computer"

Very fast printing and the WiFi was simple to setup. AirPrint from my phone is super convenient.

This printer takes far too much manual intervention as it relates to settings, and day to day operations. I have owned a number of these types of printers over the years, and this is the most irritating one of them all. I will be donating it to goodwill soon and replacing it with another brand. Note: The print quality is good, however, the ink usage when printing photo's is pretty high.

Does what it says it will do. Easy set up. I am happy with my purchase.

1st 2 hour call ended in promise to send new inks ("3-5 business days"). 2 weeks later 2 boxes arive with 1 ink cart per box. called today about 3rd and told "backed odered"?????? really???? "you need to keep calling us back to find out when we will have it". really???? each call is becoming more and more painful. i would put this printer on the curb but i don't want to burden the unlucky soul that might pick it up.

I like this all in one printer, I just wish it more info included on how to use many of the features & functions...I know I'm probably not using it like I could be.

It drinks ink even if using only black ink. You will spend more money buying ink in one month then the printer is worth.

I bought this printer for home use 1 year ago. I barely print 3 pages a month and Ive replaced the cartridges multiple times, it seems I have to clean the nozzle multiple times before each print and even that uses enough ink to make it finish within a few uses. I will never buy epson again.

I bought this printer thinking it would be a great printer to print simple black and white pages for homework and pages for work. Have had nothing but headaches dealing with it. Ink runs out fast, has issues with printing clean in black and white. I have nothing good to say about the printer. Definitely a cheap product that doesn't work, I guess you get what you pay for. Unsatisfied customer!

Took more time than I wanted to setup. It didn't have the instructions in it. Must have forgotten to pack it.

I've had this printer for about a year. Now it doesn't print right, no matter what I try print. Replaced cartridges, did the head-alignment and cleaning. Still won't print right. About 70% of the document is ok, but there's small spot in between at random that it just prints.. well.. nothing!

This printer is junk, it worked only with original cartridges, then after replacements a lot of head cleanings to make it work up to the point of spending two or three cartridges and did not work again. Second and last piece of junk epson printer, I rather buying HP or lexmark again 1000 times.

I bought an Epson WF-2650 printer for about $80 2 weeks ago. I hardly did any printing and cannot print anymore because the black ink is out. Black ink refills are about $40...about half the price of this dumb printer.

This is an amazing printer... and very affordabl!!

This s a very great personal device.. it is great to have office equipment without leaving my home. You won't believe the convenience this has created for me.

I used the printer the 1st day i got it then the screen wouldn't stay on and the printer kept shutting off... I have to go buy a different printer

We have bought two H Ps in the past and had many issues with both of them. So far this printer has been pretty good and hope that it lasts longer than the HPs.

This printer has numerous issues. It has continuous paper jams. It runs out of ink in a short amount of time. It disconnects from wireless and/or the computer and is difficult to reconnect. Also very noisy. The sales person said what a great printer it was, but that has not been the case. Much worse then my previous Lexmark one.

I'm going to buy one more for my home and vacation home.
