Poor Printer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased printer early Nov 2015. I'm retired and print very little, less than 100 sheets since purchase. I had to print 4 color sheets and needed a black cartridge after this job. Went to Best Buy and bought cartridge, installed cart. and went thru the cleaning cycle 5 times. Printer would skip nearly every other line. My son is a computer guy and he was unable to get the print to print the entire sheet. He gave me a Brother printer that works great. Best Buy referred me to Epson. They offered no help, just wanted me to return it and they would repair or replace. It might cost me more to ship the printer than it's worth.

Horrible Printer

Every time you take the paper drawer out and put it back in, for any reason, it says there is no paper.When it does actually manage to print, it is very slow and normally pulls a blank sheet between every printed sheet. I have had this printer for almost a year and regret purchasing it every time I use it. Once the ink runs out, I will be purchasing a different printer.

"Easy set up" long process.

Wireless set up didn't work, thank God I had USB (not included) for direct printing. Now using USB says printer set up unsuccessful. Worst set up experience EVER!!!!! More wasted time to troubleshoot. Old HP set up easy, maybe I should have stuck with HP.

Will not print in black/white when color is out.

Never works

Paid way too much for a printer this bad. It always prints with white lines in the text. Have called tech support more times than I can count. Don't waste your money.
