Maybe I took more printouts for my kid or is something wrong. But the ink cartridges are around 20$ for black which is somewhat expensive.

No instructions included they had to be downloaded and that was a small task also . After the fact I found out that even Best Buy did NOT have ink cartridges to use with this printer .

It came with a CD that there is no longer a spot on most laptops to insert. I find it difficult to scan even though I downloaded the epson I print app. So far, it's there and I'll use it if I truly need to.
