For some reason, I haven't been able to successfully send, or receive faxes! I have had phone consults with Epson Support, and they have not been able to figure out what's going on with my multi-function printer.

My high school daughter was looking for a new printer after 2 of our printers died. The size and features were just right. Setup was 5 minutes and she was running. It scans items very well and the ink is a good price. This size is perfect for a desk. We highly recommend this computer for students.

I use this printer for my business. It connected to the network really easy. And never seems to have any issues printing. The ink cartridges last quite a while on this as well. I don’t have to replace it all that often. I like it because it can print scan and fax. Solves all the things I need to do in one unit.

Good printer for the cost. The app is helpful. You can also email print jobs directly to the printer, this is VERY helpful for when I need something ready to go when I get home, but I’m still out.

It fits our needs just fine. It is bigger than o would like but it’s fine!

Took awhile to figure it out. It works great and it prints double sided.

All in one good value. A little slow on buffering.

My reason for 4 stars. Used it only twice and black ink already low.

It was easy to set up and connect. I am satisfied with this printer.

So far so good. It was kind of complicated to set up because I wasn’t familiar with screens on printers. After learning the ins and outs it was straight forward.. I like it much better any my old printer.

Initially it took me some time to figure out how it detects paper feeds without which it won’t print and the computer would recognize it and every time I had to add/remove printers to make it work. But once the settings were done correctly, it is working great and I love it.

It’s was difficult to setup ! Not as the other brand that I used to have .

My family and I use this product daily for faxing, printing and making copies. The ink is quite expensive but, lasts about six months. Staples has the best ink replacement prices.

If you have a small amount of printing to do, it works fine. The ink cartridges run out very quickly. I've had to change all of the ink after printing less than 100 pages. I just reordered my 3rd set of cartridges for $30. Not very fast printer and sort of flimsy. I do love the double sided feature and wireless printing, even if I'm not at home. Set up wasn't too bad either. Paper jams not a problem and scanning worked well. I'm going to purchase a laser printer and give this Epson to my grandson. You get what you pay for.

set up a little difficult for old people is all. Good value.

This is the first Epson product I've ever purchased. Previously, I always used HP products. The interface is a bit different but so far it works well and I feel like it's a quality product. Set up was a bit more involved than what I'm used to but there weren't any issues there.

I guess I am comfortable with it for my current needs. But, I that the prints are faded. I am not sure if it is that I am using HP Paper. Will change the paper to be sure.
