The printer works well, although the wifi connection can be a little squirrely at times. Epson support, however, is terrible. Would think twice about buying another Epson product.

I purchased this because I needed a printer that could do 2-sided prints quickly, when my HP printer died on me. Normal print quality is quite poor, actually looks like draft printing when cartridges are nearly empty. The only way to get good readable character printing is to set it on the highest print quality setting.... Which of course uses a lot more ink. Duplex printing is perfect though. This doesn't begin to compare to the quality of my ancient Epson WF-2540 that still prints perfectly on a normal quality setting, just doesn't duplex print.

Ink costs an arm and a leg!

I liked the printer until I found out how much the ink cost. The regular black cartridge last only approx.150 sheets. Shopped around and found the reg black ink costs between 20.00 and 30.00. The XL ran between 57.00 and 79.00 depending on where you look. Found out Epson said you can not use remanufactured cartridges and therefore no 3rd party stores carried them! I don't know if I can take it back to Best Buy or not. Doubt I can sell it even though it's brand new, I'd have to warn them of the high price of the ink. I know, I know- Buyer Beware!

Great little printer, scanner and fax all in one. Its wi fi capabilities allow for remote printing from our computers, laptop, tablet and cell phone without cluttering. We have not tried all its features yet, but those we have are great! 100% satisfied.

I just set this up two days ago and so far love it. Every other wireless printer I have had constantly loses connection. So far, we have not had that problem. It also assigns an email address that you can email to and it will print.

The ink cartridges are so small that it is incredibly expensive to use. It is also very noisy that I had to move it inconveniently further away.

first and last Epson for me, INK HOG!!

this thing is a ink HOG, It goes thru ink SO fast and the cartridges are $20 each. The ADF is very tempermental and gets jammed easily if things aren't just so. since its a newer model they don't have the refillable ink cartridges yet so you're stuck with it going thru ink like an ink-aholic. I like the rear paper feeder but I've actually bought another printer and I will sell this one cheap on craigslist or something
