Bought for recent need to work from home. Decent for small jobs but only small. Small fax memory and small feeder trays. For light work decent value for money

This is a reliable dependable great inexpensive printer that does it all. Also the fact that it is an Epson printer, the ink cartridges are about the cheapest on the market.

This printer works well for the price however, it is slow in spooling and uses a lot of ink. It is good for small print jobs but not good for business use.

Slow and not able to scan multiple sheets - possibly something wrong with the paper feeder

Doesn’t seem to always stay connected to wifi. So it’s frustrating when you need to scan or print an item

I continuously had problems with this printer and it would not set up according to the instructions.

It’s ok product not that great because I’ll struggle to get the main functionality printing barely working but I’m giving this rating for the scanner. This is my first Epson product before that I have used HP printer which is around $30 and I’m very happy with it’s performance but this Epson printer made me think it’s not an ideal product for me

Looks to be a good low volume printer. If you can use 3rd party ink it should be fine. If you are forced to use original Epson ink - it becomes pretty expensive.

Great Printer! I needed a new printer after my old one stopped working and this one was for a great price.

I've had this All-in-One since Sep 2019 and it's for home use. Every time I didn't use it to print something for a couple of days it had to be uninstalled and re-installed. Twice I spent over an hour on the phone with Epson technical support, again uninstalling and reinstalling, downloading drivers again, reconnecting to my WIFI etc. Now it doesn't work at all. No error message appears on the printer LED screen and a blank sheet of paper threads through the unit. On one of my tech support calls I agreed to purchase an extended warranty/service plan which doesn't seem to have helped. I am currently exchanging emails with Epson,but I'm not optimistic. I've had with this brand previously, so maybe I got a lemon. Still, I couldn't recommend this particular model.

I’m not fond of this printer. The paper curls as it being fed through rollers for scanning.

The only thing that gets me mad that it runs out of ink fast and then it doesn’t want to print anything else until you recharge the ink

This All in One Printer is NOT worth it. I guess it was cheap for a reason and I really wish I did more research before buying. If you dont use your printer much at all, and just want to use as a fax machine then this is perfect for you. But if you use it, then DO NOT BUY. Literally after 10 pages of like nothing, the ink is done. Such a waste of money. The ink does not last. I tried to also use knock off ink to save money because it goes through it so fast, but the printer rejects knock off brand ink. So now more wasted money. It is literally mind blowing how fast this printer goes through ink. Biggest waste of money Ive ever bought. Trying to sell this and get a different brand.

not user friendly, need better setup booklet, should have got something ells, hard to find ink.

works well was easy setting up only drawback is the size of the screen and the writing in screen

Very difficult to use. Sometimes it is being recognized by the computer, sometimes not. Installation was a pain too.

I am sure the copier was very nice. But I had to return it to the store. Tried everything and my computer would not recognize the printer.

Great for printing quick documents. Conveniently connects via Bluetooth and I can simply send a document from my phone to the printer.

Great printer it does everything our house needs. I would say try it thumbs up.

This is the worst “inexpensive “ printer I have ever had. Ink runs out too quickly. Can never get it to scan a document. The panel shows trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi however it IS connected and prints fine. Wish I could return it. Willing to spend double to replace it and it’s barely 4 months old.
