I should have known there would be issues when it took an hour to finish doing the firmware updates and then the additional time it took to connect to my wifi. I only printed 1 return label and then black ink when out. I clicked on the "print counter" in the settings and it shows 1BW and that return label destroyed a full cartridge of ink. And at 20 dollars a pop that ridiculous. I will never buy another Epson and I will not recommend this to a friend or anyone else. Go buy a Canon or Brother Printer, you will be happier you did. Unlike the few of us that got this printer.

Epson via software upgrade has disabled the use of off market ink cartridges. I would not buy this product again.

Had to have tech support to hook It up to my computer and even they were unable to connect it to my tablet. The color is terrible also. I wouldn't recommend it.
