Uses TOO MUCH INK

In the year that I have owned this printer I have replaced each color cartridge once, and the black cartridge four times. I use the printer very minimally, and I RARELY print color. I replaced the black two weeks ago, printed maybe 10-15 pages of text (no graphics) and I just got the message that my black ink is low. I use genuine Eason ink bought from Target, or similar stores. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER!!!!! If I could return it I would.

Ran out of black ink fast. Now refuse to print even though there is ink left. Just blinking light, saying "error" but won't tell me what error. I have a small business and need a printer to work. This is trash. My $30 HP lasted for years and was better than this. So frustrated. Worked about a month! Just passed the date for returning. I will just throw this garbage out I guess and try another printer. Not from Best Buy though now knowing they will sell things and you are on your own when the thing breaks down after a month.

The Epson® Workforce® Pro WF-4820 automatic document feeder purchased in January 2022, keeps jamming for no particular reason, whereas the other models in the past were great. A second one I ordered for a friend less than a year ago in November 2021 so her mother could print a recipes prints so lightly that it is useless. I tried to print a plane ticket and it was basically white on white.

I needed a small printer for my home office and this seemed like a good deal. All other printers I have had were easy to set up wirelessly and synced with other devices with ease. Not this one. Have run out of ink twice just to try to get it to work properly. I do have 4yr geek squad protection so I will give them a call before I toss it. Noisy and slow.
