    Requires firmware updates very frequently. Disconnects from the WiFi for no reason at all. Having to re-type the WiFi password by scrolling through the characters with arrows is a constant pain. Goes through ink quicker than any printer I've used in the past. I would absolutely return this if I still could. Do not buy!

    I really liked my Epson 810 Artisan and had it for years. I have only used this 5 times and I'm very unhappy. I have to reset EVERYTHING each time I want to print because it "Can't find the printer". I went on vacation right after I received this, so I can't return it because of their 15 day return policy. Would NOT recommend.

    This model Epson printer does not have drivers to install that make it useable with a MAC Book Pro laptop. Best Buy offered to charge my daughter $40.00 to install them! She returned the printer and got an HP that worked.

    If I could go negative stars I would. This giant over priced paperweight has not worked properly since I brought it home. It took me almost 3 hours to set up, I finally got it working only to find out out it took a crap about a week later. My son never informed me. Well I desperately need to print a registration only to spend the last 4 hours replacing cartridges, cleaning printheads nozzle checks and all I get is black blobs. So I’m done and throwing it in the garbage. Don’t waste your money!!

    The worst printer, and I've used many. The ink runs out after what feels like 5 pages. I've only had it for a few months, and I've already paid more in ink price than the printer. It forces me to update then starts to reject any ink other than the original. Terrible printer. I tried to return it to bestbuy but they refused because it has been more than 2 months.

    Piece of junk! Epson Work Force WD 2830 Always used Epson ink. Every time you change a cartridge it won't print. Get message to update firmware. Now the firmware update app is frozen. Only had this piece of junk for 4 weeks. Stay away!

    I’ve had good experiences with prior Epson printers. This is not one of them. Try as we might, it has never worked. Wireless printing did not work so we tried wired without success. Loose connectors, faulty manufacturing likely the cause. It has printed terribly just a few times. The ink heads have never aligned correctly. The controls/touchscreen are also not intuitive. Unfortunately, we were so optimistic about getting it to work, we waited too long to return it.

    would not recommend this printer. The ink cartilage runs out in a week. You would have to keep purchasing ink. Not good

    This is the worst printer I have ever owned! In 28 years of home printing, I have never had so much trouble with one printer. I have had to replace the cartridges 3 times in less than 4 months, and their customer support is terrible. This printer is a drain on my wallet and a thorn in my backside. I’m going back to HP!

    This printer worked very well the first day but on the second day kept giving me an error message to change the ink.

    I've spent more money buying ink every week than this printer is worth. I printed about 70 pages in total and have replaced the black ink cartridges THREE TIMES in one month. Each cartridge costs $19.99 plus tax. DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY ON THIS PRINTER.

    Epson can seriously suck it. Printer was working perfectly until I updated the firmware, now it won’t recognize the ink cartridge because it’s not Epson overpriced brand name ink that doesn’t even last me 1 month… How petty can you get Epson? SMH…Disabling a printer bc I don’t want to use your crappy ink.

    DON'T BUY!!!! Only worked for 2 weeks then changed all four ink cartridges with genuine Epson ink. Error message "Ink cartridges not recognized". Even watched a Youtube video on 16 ways to help get around the error message, none of the solutions worked. Awaiting assistance from Epson. Even the scanner is inoperable due to the ink error message. JUNK!

    we brought this in October 2021 we used it one time with the ink that came in it and it didn't print out all the way then it showed a error message saying no ink we spend another $60 on ink and it still didn't work. we are still waiting on the epson to exchange it because there a one yr warranty on it. we have been waiting for 3 weeks

    The ink runs out very quickly. Like a few days quick with less than 130 pages printed. This is with a new in cartridge. It also won't let ypu print when it thinks the ink is low. This printer is the worst printer I have ever purchased. Do Not waste your money. I did now I have to buy another printer. I won't give epson another dime.
