Don't waste your time.

You wait a week for this thing to come, doesn't work and your expected to wait another day or 2 for support to call you back on how to fix it? Naw get something on Amazon that'll work and comes in 2 days.

I couldn't print anything else, even though all the color cartridges were full. I returned the printer!

Not good for your money!!!

I am a teacher and was hoping this was a good replacement from my other Epson Printer that I bought with Best Buy. I print a lot at home, but this printer only print few pages and the ink gets low quickly. The ink replacement is very expensive.

WORST PRINTER EVER, HORRIBLE!

Took it back to store

Set-up of this printer was so complicated and hard to understand, I gave up and took it back to the store for refund. Went back to HP, more intuitive and easy to set up.

After following the recommended online steps including a complete reset it is still not operational and no paper jam to be found.

I was ready to toss it out of a window. It is a money pit between wasted ink and ruined product labels. It wouldn't print my requec, buld a splotches of ink on the page making it unusable.

Less than a week later and the magenta is gone too. I should have realized the color would be as bad as the black. Super disappointed.

Expensive in a long run

Used 2 SETS of inks for printing less than 80pages and most of it are just plain document. Scanner wont connect to the computer as well.

The next two week tried to print some things, the printer started acting up, it's showing on computer is queuing, but never got printed out.

Can't print in black if one of your color cartridges is out of ink. Ink is very expensive and you do not get many prints.

Doesn’t do basic functions well

Because paper is loaded in the back it doesn’t always grab the paper. Constantly have to connect and reconnect it.
