Customers are saying

Customers have good things to say about the WorkForce WF-3620's print quality, ease of use, and wireless functionality. Many appreciate its reasonable price and compact size, along with the convenient setup and inclusion of fax and scanning capabilities. However, some users find the printer to be somewhat loud during operation and have noted challenges with the paper tray. Overall, the positive feedback on key features outweighs the reported minor drawbacks.

Printer was easy to set up and lets me print right off my phone. Double sided feature is great. And it’s pretty quick. If you see it on sale, grab it!

The 3620 was easy to setup. A nice compact all in one for the small home office. Have not really tested color photo quality printer , but standard printing works great.

I purchased this model after reading many reviews and researching other brands and models. For the price and available functions, I am happy with the performance of the Epson. The color quality is great (when I print in color), the printing time is quick and the machine easy to use. I have it set up for WI-FI printing, and I also scan occasionally. The one drawback is every time I want to print, I have to power off the machine and restart in order for it to make the connection to my computer through WIFI. If I don't do this step then I'm unable to print documents.

This replaced a 7 year old inkjet printer that was starting to worry me about its life. Obviously, all new printers come with lots of new technology. The printing is perfect and color photos print very good. I like the wireless feature as I don't have to have my other computer turned on. Setup was more involved than anticipated, however. Because a lot of new computers don't have disc drives, all software has to be downloaded. This can take a while. Then, if you have more computers/devices, you have to download each separately. That takes time but, I assume any new printer would be no different.

Great printer! Great price! I have owned multiple Epson printer over my 71 years and have loved them all; I will not buy any other brand. They are easy to use, easy to set up, fast and the printing is of a great professional quality. I have never had a problem with paper jams and most of all I am very impressed with my wireless printer. I highly recommend this great performing printer.

So far this multifunction printer has worked as expected with very good print and photo quality. My only complaint is that it is very noisy when operating - a lot of whirs, clacks, roller and print sounds. The print speed is very fast so be prepared for the output to come out quickly. I am still on my first ink so I can't speak to how long the cartridges last.

This printer works good through wireless. Although it tends to be much slower than my old hp. I like to print two-sided most of the time. I made sure this printer said it printed double sided before purchase. The only problem is that it is a pain to step through many buried settings each and every time you want to print. I can't find a way to set the printer to default to 2-sided printing. If you do mostly double sided printing, you might want to do more research before choosing this printer.

I bought this after my last HP printer didn't last 2 years. I am pleased with it overall. The one let down is the rear paper slot. I print a fair number of labels and the rear slot should make that easier and it does but it just doesn't always keep them square and I lose the last line. But, all the other functions are first rate. I particularly like having faxes go to my computer so I have the option of what I print and what I delete. Scanning is great, faxing is easy, print quality is as good as I need.

My husband and I did a lot of research before buying this Epson model. The instructions were clearly written, and easy to understand. In less than an hour, we had the product functional, registered, and ready to use. We are also impressed with it's size-takes up much less room than the Kodiak model we are going to donate now. This model is also very quiet when printing. Only minor downside is that I wish a stylus came with it to use the touchscreen, it's kinda small for our big fingers.

So far so good! easy quick set up. prints pretty fast. i did buy Best Buy extended warranty on this one - after reading the typical shelf life of new printers these days.... Shopped for the HP to replace my 10 year old reliable HP which finally started hacking.... i was loyal to the brand but this one is less bulky and seem to have less people complains in the reviews.

I bought this printer because I am a teacher and need a reliable printer to create assignments for my students. My old printer was always giving me problems and creating more work for me. The 3620 is reliable and saves me time. It will work with my Ipad and my laptop. It is easy to use and produces good copy in half the time of my old printer. My only regret is that I did not buy the 3620 sooner!!

I bought the Epson WF-3620 to replace an Epson all-in-one photo printer / scanner in the RX series. I need a printer / scanner to reproduce photos, art work and for general office purposes. As expected, this printer does not scan or print with the clarity or rich color of the RX series. But as a printer for a home office I am extremely happy with it after using it for about one month. I've attached it with a cable to a Mac computer, it was easy to set up, prints and scans quickly enough with acceptable quality for office use. The document feeder, paper tray, printing of envelopes, two-sided printing, etc. have all been easy. (I do not consider myself to be very technologically advanced). I am not using the fax feature, so cannot comment on that. One would always like the ink cartridges to last longer, but this printer is better in ink usage than what I had before.

Opening the paper tray is a pain. Each time you must respond to the paper type. Photo paper does not have it's own place. You must remove the existing paper and replace with photo paper. Make sure you know the right paper before changing. Print quality is good for both color and black and white. A bit bulky, Takes up a lot of desk space.

I have had this printer for a few months now and could not be happier with the ease of use. I leave the printer on in our little nook and it connects to each device every time I hit print with no issue (phone/laptop/iPad). I have not had to do any high-end printing or photo printing as I send everything to a lab but the printing of invoices and emails have been fast and look professional.

Past experience has made me cautious about all-in-one printers, but this one has at least two strong things going for it: Great price and full range of needed services. Only drawback is that instructions for using all functions must be downloaded rather than part of the information accompanying equipment. Fast, relatively quiet and efficient. Great deal for the money!

I purchased this printer because I had an Epson for years. This one seemed to be made cheaper - the pull-out tray for the paper both loading and completed prints are made of plastic parts what seems like rickety plastic flimsy parts. When you load the paper the tray does not stay in place. It does good printing jobs but uses more ink than my last Epson and the cartridges are smaller and just as, if not more, expensive. The printer itself turns out good quality work and I like the bottom loading system for paper in general instead of the top feeder. It is a little more back and forth with printing more than one copy if you arre just copying on the machine but eventually you learn what to do...I think you should not have to push several buttons to just make increase copies from one...
