The WF-3620 is a little slow, a little loud, and does not print the perfect picture quality photos. What it does do well; reliably prints all documents, works via wifi with ease of setup, prints all sizes, prints all formats, and does a suitable job at printing photos. Are there better printers? Sure. But there aren't many printers out there that can reliably provide a decent product for the home user at this price point. I highly recommend this product for the proper application.

I use this wireless printer for personal stuff as well as for our small business. Is fast and works great. Copy and fax features are very good , as well as printing of course.

After moving cross country and finally getting our wifi going and computers set up, we were desperately needing to print some info, only to have our printer no longer working. We went off to Best Buy, after checking out best products to buy and looking at reviews, to purchase a new printer. My top 3 choices were not in store and so I had to quickly decide on another product. I have had another Epson printer forever (still working great but outdated and not wifi capable) and have always loved it. I saw this one in store and it was within our price range. Not having time to look at the reviews, I decided to take a chance based on my satisfaction with my other Epson. I have not been disappointed. It has great printing and was very easy to set up. It is an all-in-one printer and I can say that all the options we use have been right on target. We don't have a land line so I can't say how easy the fax option is to set up and use, but we are very satisfied with all other aspects. I've even printed some photos off and the color is great. I would highly recommend this product. Our former wifi printer was a Brothers and while it was also very good, I must say that I am more satisfied and like this Epson printer even better.

So far the Epson WF-3620 is a good value for the price. It was easier to set up than an HP, is relatively easy to use, and has good color & black print quality.

I like the fact it was E-z to unpack, install and set up. Connects to WiFi and network w/o hardship. Thus far its performing as expected. Likes Epson products. Thanks

It's easy to get to the inside of the printer if there is s paper jam, which there has not been. It's not huge. But, it's not small either. Good size for home office type. It's fast & really works well.

I bought this printer based on the reviews and reasonable price. Great printer for home and work. Easy to use and prints quickly.

This printer is very easy to set up. It didn't even take 15 minutes from box to wireless set up, email and remote printing set up and they all function seamlessly! It prints as well or better than any other printer I've owned.

This has good print quality and is easy to use. The more I use it, the more I like it. I like being able to preview something before making a copy.

Couldn't beast the sale price. Good all around general use printer. Not a photo class printer if that's what your looking for. Reasonably priced ink cartridges when was another factor in my decision.

Haven't used the printer much yet. Set up was very easy. Wireless is very convenient. Print quality so far is great.

I recently purchased this Epson printer. It was really easy to set up and so far the print is great. Trying to figure out how to get several scanned pages into one pdf, but sure that it can be done.

First bought an Epson XP430, and it was a really good printer except it was a bit too slow. Also, the XP430 can't scan more than one page at a time since it lacks a feeder. Returned it and bought an HP Envy 7640. Couldn't even get past the Wi-Fi setup because it kept going into an error-please restart-error-please restart endless loop. Terrible product. Returned that, and decided that since I had liked the Epson, I should get another Epson with the features that I needed. So I got the 3620 and I am very happy. Setup was easy, printing is fast, and scanning is simple. My girlfriend downloaded the mobile app and was able to scan a document to her phone in under 15 seconds flat. Awesome. Highly recommend.

The Epson Workforce WF-3620 is a great printer for the home especially for the price if you find it on sale. It copies, faxs and prints all in one set up that connects wirelessly to your computer.

Purchased this as a present for our daughter to replace an old HP inkjet printer. So far it has worked flawlessly printing from desktop Windows computers, iPad and iPhone. Fax also works receiving and transmitting. Scanning and copying is a breeze and easy to do. Much to my surprise (and hers) the printer came with a full-strength ink cartridges, not demo cartridges like other brands.

After a negative experience with a competitive Canon product, I was very pleasantly surprised at how simple this was to setup and then get connected to my computer through a wireless router. The latter was, by contrast, a very difficult process with the Canon printer, both initially and over its short life. As to performance, this printer doesn't require the very lengthy warmup period needed by my prior printer. It prints quickly and with excellent quality.

I never have had an Epson printer before and I was happy at how easy this was to set up! It prints beautifully and works with both of my laptops. I am very happy with this printer and highly recommend it.

The setup was simple: plug it in, turn it on, and set up the wifi. It's so convenient to print from a printer wirelessly! The built in scanning feature is awesome! It reduces the weight of multiple devices.

This is an easy printer to set up. It does everything you would want in an all in one printer. It works with Apple iPhone and iPad and a PC.
