Loved it and it's wifi capabilities. Decided to stick with the same workforce brand and just get the most up to date model. You do need to realign the heads and clean the printer heads from time to time, but with general maintenance most things will last forever.

Nice printer for a small office

I work from home so need to use all the features of this printer. I like the multiple paper feed options and many connectivity options. It does seem to use quite a bit of ink though. Draft mode print outs are almost unreadable so that is not too useful.

Great Printer

It broke of course right after the warranty period ended. I did a ton of research and came to this one. The duplexing feature is great as it saves on paper. The printing quality is great. Ink use seems better here that the Brother printer I used to have.

nice printing, having difficulty with direct print

Tried several times and downloaded program to phone. Hard to get real answers and confusing as seems to want to connect to my home wi-fi which is not necessary as I use it for direct connect on laptop.

None of the set up info had it on it. Had to go on line to find out you have to touch the web figure in the corner to set up the WiFi. Spend all morning trying to figure it out.
