Uses ink very quickly. Needs larger capacity ink cartridges.

This all in one scanner is a fabulous product. All operations work quickly, easily and with simple input. No ink drips or tracks with repeated use either. No paper feed issues or jamming and the scan quality is spot on and 100% clear and legible in any format selected.I would buy this model time and time again.

For the price its a nice printer. The picture quality is decent. I am still working on printing from my cellphone, so far I can't figure out how to get the pages to print properly. Faxing is somewhat slow. But so far it does pretty much everything it's supposed to.

I purchased this to replace my older Epson that finally quit working on me after 8 years. This printer offers way more than I will probably ever need but I got a great deal over the Holidays. So far I'm extremly happy with my purchase! The double sided printing has got to be one of my favorite perks!

I purchased this item because I needed a scanner for business docs. It's fast and has great resolution. I love the doc feeder and the fact that it can scan double sides is a major time saver. I'm using the printer as a back up and so far its pretty solid. Great machine.

I couldn't decide on an All-in-One printer. I wasn't an aspiring photographer that needed a printer for pictures, but wanted the option to do so. I also didn't need a a big, bulky office printer either. This product has everything you could possibly need for the average everyday. Highly recommend!

This is a great printer/copier/scanner. I wish I had have bought it first. I bought a Canon Maxify and had lots of problems. This Epson is pretty much hassle free. The only drawback is that I have to look on youtube to figure out how to change the ink. (There is a certain procedure to go through.)

Purchased at BB on 1/4/2015, went defective 3/16/2015, called support and they sent a new one (got here in 1 day, so that was nice). Plugged the new one in and it worked for a total of 1 day - Some new error code that support said meant it was yet another defective device. So I'm getting my second replacement next week. At least there is a 1 year warranty, but this is getting a bit ridiculous.

Very good quality the printer works very good, also to make photocopies, very easy to install with the wi fi connection. I can also print some information from my Iphone. I'm very happy with this purchase. I really recommend this product.

I purchased this printer b/c my HP no longer printed correctly and it didn't allow you to clean the print head very easily (but that didn't help either). I did some research and found this Epson printer was rated as a "Top 10" MFP (Multi-Function Printer) and was in the price range I wanted to spend. Well, the printer prints black only just fine. Anything color appears to be washed out or dull in appearance. The photos print this way too! Had I known this, I would have chosen another one. Yet all the reviews, such as PC Magazine never mentioned this. It wasn't until after I purchased it and started using it and now I feel that I can no longer exchange it or return it. All of the other features work well, although sometimes our iPhones and iPad do not find the printer. This happens more often then our HP did. Too bad the HP printer only lasted just under three years! Just beware the colors are not bright, crisp or vibrant! There are no settings to adjust this either... :-(

I had the previous model and bought this one because it was a work horse. It is capable of heavy duty print loads as I put about 100 dollars or more of ink through this thing a month. Didnt give it 5 stars because it still burns through ink very fast.

Epson all in one printer copy fax works well but it's a little bit loud when you print. I tried to use the wireless printer but it wouldn't connect to my router. Its quite big and takes a lot of space.

Good Printer for the price.Couldn't give it an Excellent rating because Ink is too expensive and the print is sometimes too light. Haven't figured out how to permanently set the darker ink print, so I have to keep going in and manually setting it.

I purchased this for my small office. It works well and easy to navigate. However, I hate that it prints pages with 1 at the bottom. This is a pain with larger print jobs. It was priced fairly well.

If you need to print on forms or paper other than standard white copy paper this is ideal. We use preprinted claim forms so we set one tray to the plain paper tray and then add the printer again with a different name and set it to print from the other tray

In general this works well. Does have a tendency to have paper jams and it is difficult to size photos. But it is nice to have multiple paper trays and feeds

Great for any small business or anyone just wanting a good printer at a great price. This printer does more that I need, but great to have in case I need those extra features. The biggest plus is the printing speed as well as being able to copy multiple pages at one time.
