Easy to install but wi-first setup not good. Printer has Wi-Fi setup completed but cannot be seen by Android apps, Apple IOS or Windows 10. Setup Epson connect it appears on Windows 10 printer settings but not on Apple IOS or Android.

This is the second identical printer from Epson, one in our Florida winter home, and now one in Minnesota. I like the duplex scan function, so that I can scan papers I receive in Florida, and avoid carrying the physical records back to MN.

Epson provides a good all in one printer for the price. However had problems printing to it on Windows 10. Printer connects, shows status and firmware upgrades, but cannot print.

Pretty good printer however there are a few things to note: Top load scanner is slow. Power button tends to not work unless you press it a certain way :(

I love my new printer. With the legal size paper option, I can enlarge my embroidery patterns to fit on one sheet. I also love the double sided printing for sending tax such and other. Cuts down on the pages to be faxed. Thanks Epson and Thanks Best Buy for the great sale!

After researching printers for several weeks we decided that this would be best for our office and personal printer. I have been very satisfied so far. Only deterrent is the wireless hookup. Need better support. I'd buy again and will recommend it to others.

This is my third Epson printer. I'm a huge fan of Epson, but installing on a Mac is quirky. I had to install, delete and reinstall several time to get the printer and scanner to work. If the Mac issue is resolved, the rating is easily 4.5.

I purchased this printer and returned it because I couldn't get the wireless to connect. I ended up purchasing an HP 8620. The Epson was nice because it was smaller than the HP. I later discovered the problem with my connection was with my router and not the printer.

I'm able to do what I want I guess. The software is less than great though. Scanning isn't as easy as my last copier and I scan quite a few documents.

I have two of these printers and One does awesome at home. The Other one at my office does not scan quick to send an email. Not Sure what the problem is but it could be the Internet at m y office. Not sure as far as the ink yet.

I purchased an Epson Workforce Inkjet "all-in-one" printer and an additional black ink cartridge. Both were delivered on time, the cartridge via USPS in regular delivery. The printer was delivered about 9 PM that evening, right to my condo door.

Ink cartridges are small so they require frequent replacements. Quality of draft is not very good, but best quality is fine.

This printer was bought about 2 months ago and finally giving my review. Now days printers aren't what cost so much but ink. The quality of ink is pretty much what gives great results due to the fact that technology has advanced so much now days.

bought this for general printing. very happy with the 2 sided printing option. was difficult to set up for my iphone to use but once it was i really like the wifi feature. ease of setup is why I only give it 4 stars

This does everything it's supposed to, and does it well! Love the wifi feature on this printer. Makes printing from multiple formats (laptop, phone, tablet) very easy.

This all in one printer by Epson is one of the best out there. For home or at the office. Top feeder for scanning multiple pages at a time that works perfect and a big plus for me.

I don't use it as much as the ladies in the office but they say they love it. That's good enough for me! That's really the only reason I have it 4 stars ... I don't use it enough to truely rate it accurately .....

I purchased this printer about 2 weeks ago. So far everything is working up to standards. I will update the review in a couple of months. :)

I had a another copy/fax/scan before I purchased this one. I was not happy with the product because it was slow to print, ink was costly, etc. I am very pleased with the function with this machine. No complaints

If you need to print, scan, and send the occasional fax, then this is a great buy. Duplexing and auto document feeder used to be a luxury and it's all included. AirPrint works flawless from my iPad or iPhone. I'm very satisfied with this printer.
