Wanted to upgrade for the Apple iOS printing which works well. The scans are very good and can be done to jpeg and PDF and one other. With all inkjet printers the ink is costly. I have used the black cartridge well beyond the low indicator.

My first WF-3640 shut down PERIOD, when I went to replace the black ink cartridge. GeekSquad could not remeditate the issue. Fortunatly it was under warranty, so it was swapped out. Customer Service was GREAT!!!

This is a great printer for anyone who just needs to print a few pages daily I probably print 150 sheets a week. It's small and doesn't take up much space on your desk and does a really good job scanning.

I think this is a good printer to start off with. It is definitely a plus to be able to print things off through the wifi. Every once in a while it would have kinks but I've had no trouble fixing them.

I purchased a WF-3640 in April of 2016. There was a firmware failure in November of 2017. The warranty was one year. The printer got light use. It should not fail in year 2. I am going back to HP.

Their customer service is not in the USA. I had to call 6 times to TRY and get my issue resolved. Each time getting a rude or dismissive customer service rep with an accent I could not understand. I really tried: I needed help with the download not functioning properly. I ended giving up on it, returned the printer and got a Canon MB 2320, the instructions, download and customer service was much better.

To get so many features for under $100 is amazing. It is a great printer and scanner. The seperate ink cartridges are great because you don't have to replace an entire color cartridge when just one of the colors runs out. Highly recommended!

This is a great printer. It does everything I need it to do. I just wish the ink lasted longer. However, in all, I recommend it as an all purpose printer.

Doesn't work, so I can't recommend it. $$$ wasted. Started having problems right away. Tried trouble shooting, but finally decided to return it. However, Best Buy has a 15 day return policy, so they won't exchange the defective printer they sold us 25 days ago. It's ridiculous.

Very good printer however my first one started leaving streaks and I the automatic cleaning utilities built in to the printer could not make it print normal even with new ink. Had to buy a new one.

Bought this to replace my WF-3520 that gave out. These things are so cheap that no use fix them if it breaks. Just throw them away and buy a new one. After purchasing it I find out that none of cartridges from the WF-3520 will work in it! Kind of upset about that. Anyway the print quality is going downhill fast and also you have to be careful when printing because it eats up ink like crazy. Make sure to adjust your print settings to that you don't use up ink...Got this on sale so I'm ok with it for now. Crossing fingers that this thing will last a while...

This printer work flawlessly out of the box. Wireless setup was a breeze and the ability to scan to cloud services (OneDrive, Dropbox) is a huge bonus. Quality build and cartridges aren't as expensive as other brand printers.

A very complicated printer compared to the HP 6500. seems like more steps required for various print jobs (especially envelopes) and directions unclear. May be a fine product for the experienced daily user.

First time using it, it said there was a paper jam. I can't find any paper jammed anywhere. Last night, I needed to print something and couldn't get it to connect to my computer. Did an update..... which kept running and running. Had to shut the computer down to get rid of it. So, there are some things I like about it and some things I don't. Maybe when I get used to using it, I'll feel differently.

I prefer Epson printers. This my fourth one and all have given me excellent service. I have even bought one for my granddaughter in college. Recommended Epson to my son and he bought one and is extremely satisfied with it..

The Epson - Workforce Wf-3640 Wireless All-in-one Printer is versatile and allows my to create 1- and 2-sided documents and photos, plus copy, scan and fax. It is light on the wallet yet heavy on features and performance.

This printer gets right to it, and spits out a print before you can say "Print". I am quite amazed about the speed. Also Great and fast when scanning multiple documents. I have it set up (wireless) to 4 pc's with no problems.

We like the quality of Epson printers. This is our second one. The print is clear and once installed, the printer and all of the functions are easy to use.

This printer does everything and at good value. Easy connectivity. Some jamming and feed issues. Don't like some default settings that have to be reset at each start.

I purchased this printer to print photographs and particularly because it had the ability to print different size prints easily. Lived up to my expectations and more!
