This was a replacement for an old printer from another brand and so far we have no complaints. The printer seems to do all we ask of it and was much easier to set up than our old untrustworthy printer.

I replaced an older Worforce that I abused. For about 2 years I was averaging over 300 pages per month. The old one lasted over 5 years. When it stopped working I purchased another Epson Workforce

It's been years since I owned an Epson printer, head and shoulders above Brother! Quality & speed are great, impressive software - 4 stars because I've had it a short time.

The set upis very simple, but not clear. Need to install the ink and to use touch screen to verify ink ...and then insert the CD to install the SW....to set up wireless.

I was very excited to purchase this AIO for home and home office use. I did a ton of research, and chose this Epson instead of color laser because of Epson's "laser quality" advertising AND because of the lower cost per ink cartridge compared to Canon or HP. For the first few months, I was perfectly happy. The printer was using more ink than expected and found myself replacing ink. A lot. Very expensive. Scanning was great. Printing was okay, not great. Then trouble began. Normal text printouts were bad - alignment way off. Numerous re-alignment printouts helped a little, but the print quality was still bad. I wouldn't put these printouts in front of my customers - that's how bad it was. Then the printer received some error message. I called Epson, and they sent a refurbished replacement (great customer support). I was excited because I thought maybe I just got a bad printer. The replacement had the exact same print quality problem right out of the box. Numerous alignments, tons of ink used, still wouldn't put these printouts in front of my customers. Luckily I purchased Geek Squad just in case... my first time purchasing Geek Squad. I took the printer back to Best Buy, they refunded my purchase price no questions asked - and I bought an HP Color Laserjet Pro. WAY better. Worlds different. Even pictures (which are supposed to be better on inkjet) were better. Colors more true, alignment is perfect. I have no concerns putting these Laserjet printouts in front of customers.

The machine works well for the beginning level office, there was a bump in the road in terms of linking the machine to use the wireless print to table operation, but it was resolved.

I originally bought a hp..I quickly took it back! The epson was bigger than I was wanted, but after I got it home it took a whole 10 minutes to set it up and I've been happy with is ever since.

This Epson was an upgrade from the personal use printer purchased 10 years ago. Set up was a breeze, with wireless being easier than expected. So far so good.

Got this, almost couldn't return in it with the equation invasion. It has a 500 paper capacity, has media readers, but it prints heavy and loud. It does not have a big enough scanning tray and the scanner is tooo slow. Really with all our technology, we still sell lame devices. Use the innovation of the HP X576dw officejet, and continue inventing. #epson #hp #canon #crapplastic #aintnoonegottimeforthat

I have been using HP for years but I got tired of replacement printers everything 2 to 3 years. In 14 years, I have used 5 HP printers. So far I like it.

Consumer Reports did an article on Epson printers and rated them better than average so I decided to switch from an HP to an Epson and I am impressed with the Epson's performance.
