We are using this in a small business setting. We have been very pleased with the preformance so far.

I bought this for faster speed in scanning and printing. Wish I hadn't. It has a lot of bells and whistles I didn't need. I don't like that I have to go through a long process each time to scan a paper. If you want something simple keep looking. This product is loud, complicated as well as touchy.

I have 3 of this model of Epson printer for my businesses. They hold up and perform great. I will continue buying this brand!

I purchased this in 2015 wow we are in April of 2018 and tgis all in one is still in great condition no complaints

Epson has been such a good brand for me. This new printer does not disappoint. Software is easy and the scanner works great.

This printer was a replacement for my old Epson that did about the same thing, but it just wore out. I have not figured out how to print photos on it. It seems to only want to print on regular paper and I can not find how to change the parameters to print on photo paper. Not really pleased with this printer yet. I am sure it's operator error, but the old one seemed more "user friendly".

I like the blue tooth connectivity that my old printer did not have. I use the 2 sided printing a lot.

User friendly and very easy to set up. Extremely clear copies and fast when printing large numbers. Great scanning process. I like the two print paper trays for letter and legal size. Saves a lot of time. Great printer for the money.

Overall it's a good product. Only difficulty, setting it up was a little longer. HP products are quicker.

Like the convenience of not having to be limited to printing from my computer. Like the double-sided feature to save on paper.

Easy to use. Scanner works great easy to add pages. Scans photos. Did not use fax option. I am very happy with this scanner

It does the job but if scanning 8-10 pages it has a tendency to piggyback other than that not any other problems.

I like everything about this printer except the quality of the ink. This printer was going to replace a 3 year old HP printer that lost one function related to scanning. However, comparing two color print jobs, the HP is much more vivid. They both have similar features and price. I haven't decided whether to keep it or not. Again, everything good except ink.
