I have had to return 3 of these under warranty to the company. In their defense, they have sent replacements out in under a weeks time. However you have to wonder why it takes less than 5 minutes on the phone with customer service before they are willing to ship you a replacement free of charge unless they know there is a major quality control problem with this product. (My specific problem was yellow and red colors not being dispensed through the ink head despite always using Epson brand ink).
