Does a great job for the budget. Love the picture quality

After 3 months of Home use this printer stopped working due to the print heads being clogged. After about 20 times running Head Cleaning program and replacing red and yellow, it failed to clean the heads. I hope Best Buy has a good warranty program.

This inkjet printer is performing well. Epson has good resolution better than others. It does take a bit of time managing the ink before printing which can be a pain for those times when you are in a hurry and dont need the high quality printout.

This printer was given to our organization from Epson to compare against our current printer. I would probably give this printer 4.5 stars. It is a solid printer that does everything that a work printer is needed to do. Good print quality. Easy to set up. Easily connects to wireless network. I don't use the fax function but all others (print, copy, scan) work great. The only reason I did not rate a 5 star is 1) uses a lot of ink. I had to replace the blue cartridge twice in the first two weeks but not the other colors. I was printing a few presentations but only 7-8 pages for 4-5 presentations so it wasn't in major printing mode. 2) Setting up the scanner to scan to your email is cumbersome as you have to go to the Epson Connect website and register the machine and then create an account and then set up the email addresses. If it connects to the network, it doesn't seem like it should be that hard to set up scanning to an email address. Other than those two issues, I am thoroughly happy with this product and would recommend but make sure to buy the XL cartridges.

I purchased this printer January 2016. Printer heads clogged November 2017. I followed printer's instructions to clean them, didn't work. I also used technique found online, didn't work. This printer didn't even last 2 years.
