This is a good printer but is not user friendly and the wireless print functionality is not mobile friendly unless you use epson print app, does not work with air-print. Other than that it is a good printer.

I really liked this until I had issues with the print blurring. I wished I had purchased a warranty. It was easier to purchase a new printer than mess with repairing this one.

2nd workforce I have bought. Setting up the scanner to cloud is a pain in the butt. Once it is set up it works perfectly. Should not be rocket science. 5 star other than the set up.

I've always loved Epson printers, and was glad to return with this purchase. I was never able to get the print clear --- it streaked as if the paper was pulled slightly. Tried aligning print heads till I used up my ink cartridges, and went thru every suggestion I could find on the Epson help site, but didn't work. Just replaced it under my Geek Squad Warranty. Hope this was just a defective printer -- haven't set up the new one yet. Recommending this on the basis of the other features and hope that the new one will be ok

The printer's capabilities are very good. It's a good printer. The only downside is that it jams to often. If you are good at fixing jams, the printer is good for you.

I use this for personal use and also business use. Already the rollers are bad and one of the nozzles are clogged so I will have to take it somewhere to be fixed.

I have replaced my HP Inkjet with a Epson - Workforce Wf-3640 Wireless All-in-one Printer based on a recommendation by an Epson sales person. She spoke very highly about the product, which convinced me to test out an Epson printer for the first time in my life. After the initial set up of the printer, which was not very difficult for an IT person, I started using it. After a couple of uses, I quickly realized that the printer was not a good choice. Copying and printing with this printing has been a terrible experience. In every single print job, the initial two pages are always misprinted, and the other pages that follow are also prone to misprinting. This pattern is consistent during both the black/greyscale printing, and in color printing. Now, after a discussion with a BestBuy sales representative I am going to return the printer, since I have a two year Geek Squad warranty.

    Problem with paper jams.

Have been using a WF 3620 with good results, and wanted to upgrade to a model with 2 paper drawers - one for letter size paper and one for legal size. The 3620 has 1 drawer, the 3640 has 2. Have had repeated problems with legal size paper on the 3640. Rather than putting out one sheet at a time, the paper comes out as several sheets stuck together, which results in a jam, and the need to open up the back of the printer to clear it. Very frustrating!

The quality is good, but I had put warranty from geek squad and hi returned it twice and they gave me new one, for some reason the power button didn’t work I have to push it really hard to turn on the printer and the ink stuck in the injector I just didn’t use it for couple weeks when I was trying to print Somethink it didn’t print and then I returned it to the Best Buy and bought the laser color Canon printer

Had to look up how to install on windows 10. Since a lot of computers are Windows 10 this is really poor planning on on Epson's part and Best Buys.
