I was told this printer would print legal documents and it does not

Will not purchase again. After replacing ink started having problems. Used correct ink but the colored started getting lighter and lighter. Replaced ink again would not print color. Epson said it was a internal problem and would need to be sent in. It is only two years old out if warranty and only used once a week for 25 to 30 sheets of paper per week. Going back to HP printer.

I have had Epson printers and they are great. I have bought many Epson printers from Best Buy and they have all been good.

I've had the printer for a little over a year and cannot keep the print head clean. I get streaks with all documents that have any color scenes. I have had to perform a print head cleaning over and over again. Also if you do not print for a week or two the print head clogs again. I've decided to return this printer which has the two year warranty.

Buying the same model at a bargain price was easier/cheaper than messing with the old one that failed.

This printed started out working great, but after a while, printed copies started coming out with random lines of text being blurry. This wouldn't happen when making a copy, but just when printing from the computer. It figures that this happens right after the warranty runs out! Buy the extended protection plan or you might have a really expensive scanner like I do.

Set up has been a bit of a struggle. Tech support very weak. see how it goes after I get it all set up

I bought the printer with high hopes. I discovered the ink was not cost effective and I had to replace it often. I bought the 2 year geek squad protection and wouldn't you know it the printer stopped working 1 month after the protection plan expired. Too much money to spend on a printer to only last two years with very little use.

It was quick to hook up and not complicated for someone not knowledgeable about this kind of equipment

I have consecutively purchase 3 of them after hardware errors. But due to good features I go back

I purchased and returned this printer. I really needed something that would air-print from all of my apple devices including my iMac. This really didn't doing that. I had to power it off every time, It took a extremely long time to power back up and then would print one air-print job and stop. I would have to restart all over again.

I would have hoped it lasted longer than three years.

Printer, fax ,or copier doesn't work. I am returning it.

Paper tray for legal paper curls end of paper and feeds multiple sheets. Bad deisgn

It won't stay connected to my mac book. The customer service is great.........

I bought this printer about 7 months ago. print quality started to go downhill after about 4 months. Replaced cartridges (epson) and problems persisted. Got worse so I ran head cleanings multiple times (a dozen maybe) and no luck ran myself out of ink. Put in new ink, (aftermarket) and still no luck. Called Epson and was told warranty voided by aftermarket cartridges. Called Best Buy, they stated the same. I guess they don't pay any attention to Federal law i.e.: Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act . I will have to go out today and get a new printer but it will NOT be an EPSON or from BEST BUY. Thanks for nothing. Warranties are a joke.

We were unable to get this to work with our laptops so we had to return it.

The color printing could be a lot better. The other features work great.

The scanner doesn't want to work at times. I do like the backlit display

I enjoy this printer it is very efficient and effective for each job.
