I had it for 2 years now and only used it three times. The first two times was great. But I let it sit on my desk for almost 2 years and now it won’t work. Very disappointed.

The Epson - WorkForce WF-3640 Wireless All-In-One Printer is the best printer I have ever owned. The quality of the print is fantastic, the ability to print on both sides of the page is automated, and the scanning of documents is an easy task. It works well with both Mac and PC. I highly recommend the product. The sale price at the time of this review is practically a stel!

Received it, spent 30 minutes following the start/reset instructions. Spent 27 minutes on the phone with Epson. The printer came with hardware failure and they are shipping a new one.

Look elsewhere. Once again, Epson fails. The printer has multiple paper feed problems. Compared to other models, the printer is SLOW. Ink is expensive, and it seems to drink it. Not impressed.

I'LL NEVER GET ANOTHER EPSON PRODUCT. WOULD NOT WORK RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX .TOOK IT BACK AND GOT THE HP ALL-IN-ONE PRINTER

This is the second one of these I have purchased. Both crapped out right at 3 years. The print head clogs up and becomes a paperweight.

Tray 1 stopped working after the first year. Best buy or Epson would not cover having it fixed. Now tray 2 stopped working and message is that the computer board is shot.

Printer is very slow with output pages. Scanner auto feeder jams after each page. You will have to use manual flatbed for scanning. Would not buy again even if it was free.

No good. Ink always clumped up after not being used for a while. Threw this one in the trash and got a laser printer instead.

Won’t connect to my computer. Won’t scan or print unless I turn my computer off and on. And no matter if the ink is old or new, it prints distorted

I purchased this to replace my old printer that finally gave out. I used the reviews online prior to my purchase and then went to the store and purchased it. Set up was easy. I simply followed the directions on the quick set up sheet and within about 20 minutes I had all of my computers set up and printing. The quality of the print is superb. This is the best printer I have ever owned.

This printer failed about 2 weeks after warrantee expired, will not print anything in Black ink, Cleaned heads etc . It just failed would not buy again

I'm bringing it back! The black ink comes out gray every time! No matter if I replace the ink or clean the printer heads. Very inexpensive but very cheap too!

I had an Epson Artisan before this one, and I like this printer much better even though the Artisan cost about 3 times as much. The WF holds more paper, prints faster, and has much sturdier plastic. After a few weeks, I'm really enjoying this printer. The only thing I don't love is the fax capability, which is a bit confusing. Otherwise, I'm very pleased.

Lasted less than a month Started alarming with error code on the screen, error code does not match anything when trying to reslove issues on line

I ordered this printer and it looks like it been thru a car crash the box is falling apart and looks used when I got it brand new

This is the third printer that we have in the family. One for each home (right now we live separately for work reasons) and one for the office. works great, connects fast, easy to setup. Prints fast and got it for a great price. Ink lasts a really long time

Missing print every 2inches. After 1 1/2 years it completely failed. Never buy Epson again stick with HP.

The cartridges dry out quickly and all of them have to be replaced simultaneously which is expensive.

This thing beeps all the time. Constant beeping noise for no reason, return for a Canon with much better quality.
