Like most day 1 reviews, I agree it's hard to beat the feature set and price for a home office machine (duplex scanning, printing, speed, etc). The only quirk was getting default paper trays right on wireless devices -- I could never get it consistent with the default on my PC for keeping high quality paper in one tray without inadvertently wasting it on random wireless prints -- but even that is forgivable. The real disappointment was longer term (less than a year) when ink heads started clogging, head cleaning did virtually nothing but waste ink and even manual cleaning yielded no better result. Now faced with either servicing a $99 printer or junking it, the latter makes more sense given the ink is no bargain. I half-considered an eco-ink version of this model, but all the ink in the world won't help if the heads stop working. Much as I wanted to love it, I will be looking to a different brand.

Purchased on sale at Best Buy while printer was being sold for twice what BB was selling for. Great all purpose printer. Able to set up letter and legal at the same time.

Bought for a small church office mainly for wireless printing and works great. The wireless printing response is pretty quick too faster than my wireless laser printer.

WE are using it and it works great. So great that we loved it and we would try buying it one more because its worth to buy it I would recommend you to buy it

First, it won't print envelopes as it ejects the envelope and prints on paper thus wasting several sheets of paper in my attempts; the rear entry loader for envelopes is something I won't buy again; it's inconvenient to use. Having to virtually pound on the screen to select a function is unacceptable. I'm returning it to the store today.

Had a scan connectivity issue with my other Epson and needed a fax so I purchased this model without reading any manuals. I also bought Ooma that is connected to my wireless router. I was hoping that faxing through the router and Ooma could be wireless but it's not, even with Ooma Linx. So now I need to buy a phone cord for either setup. Other than faxing I've tried scanning and copying, including double sided, and they both are quicker than my old Epson NX420.

My old Epson printer (Artisan 810) took a turn for the worse so I figured it was time to replace it. I really liked the old printer, so I figured Epson was the way to go. Got this one thinking more features = better printer. The document printing on this is great, but printed a photo and was VERY disappointed. I tried changing settings and the picture didn't improve much at all. I compared it to the same picture printed off my old printer and it is not even close to the quality of the old one. I will be returning this printer for one that does a better job on pictures.

I got this to use it at home and couldn't be happier. The setup is not hard and after a few minutes you can find yourself printing wirelessly. I have printed photos from my phone and with the right paper the quality is good, but as expected it takes some time (~3 minutes for a small picture 4" x 6") but works fine. It scans directly to your email and the quality of copies and overall print is very good. I have printed more than 30 pictures and the ink level seems to last for a while, so it also have a good ink usage performance.

It does its job very well, no stuck papers the quality is really good it doesn't take much space and it has a good speed when printing.

I did extensive research online before visiting the store and this printer has certainly lived up to the hype!

So far so good, I need to figure out a few more things on the printer but so far we really like the printer

I love this printer!! It does so much for you!! Its easy to use and I'm easily challenged when it comes to tech stuff!

Bought this for my parents as they needed a fax machine and a printer. It worked out perfectly for them.

I need a printer for my a project but I didn't know it's a superb, fast printer. I'm happy I got it.

I replaced my old Epson printer with this one, equally easy to use with great results.

Nice printer for the money! It is easy to set up and to use.

I'm not satisfied at all. When it prints images or color prints, the images comes out with a dull, faded, and washed out look. Not vibrant at all. I called Epson technical support and they tried to help but nothing changed. When you do a head cleaning to make sure that's not the problem, it uses most of your ink in your cartridges, which is a bummer. And finally, the printer keep saying there is a paper jam, when there is none. Thank God there is a second tray it can print from, if it wasn't, I would not be able to print at all. I will not buy an Epson printer anymore. My husband has an Epson printer as well, an Epson XP-300, and it stopped working after 2 weeks of him buying it saying it has a paper jam when there wasn't paper in it at all. I think I will go with a Canon printer.

This printer prints excellent quality photos, but it goes through cartridges so fast! I use it a lot for scrap booking, so obviously, print a lot of pictures. I bought this printer at the beginning of summer, June. I replaced ink cartridges in July and just now had to buy new ones (mid August)! Seems a little extreme to me! If you want to use this to print normal paper, then you might be happy with it, but stay away from it if you want to use it to print photos! It's a money pit!!
