The document auto-feeder is extremely nice to have. Scanning multi-page documents is remarkably fast. I also appreciate its fast print speed. From spool-up to printing is quick, and the pages per minute output is a HUGE step up from my previous Epson. I haven't used the duplex feature yet, but I'm sure that I will. I've also yet to see how fast this printer goes through its ink cartridges, but I did my homework ahead of time and expect the cost of ink to be similar to that of my old printer. I also haven't tried printing photos or graphic-intensive content. Most of my printing and scanning needs revolve around text documents, and it's proven to be excellent and very fast at both. I'm quite satisfied with it.

Use this at my store and have had 0 problems and i could not be happier. Use to use another printer brand and they always had problems. Now im an epson user for life.

We own a very old Epson printer which has been giving us years of good service which is why we stayed with the brand. Being able to scan and make copies is a bonus.

Print quality is good and the copy speed is ok. For the price it works great. Maybe should have spend more but works good for what I need

this printer was easy to set up on wireless and I am not a techie person. It worked the first time and works with multiple computers in the house with no problem. It prints very fast and it doesn't seem to eat the ink like my old HP. The only con that I have found is that the color quality lacks for photo printing.

Excellent text and printing of photos on plain paper. Have not had a chance to try photo paper. Crisp & clear. Great color. Laser like quality. Multiple options for adjusting print. Two sided printing works well and is fast. Nice to have wireless which was not too difficult to set up. Fax set up may be more of a challenge. Chose not to do that. Would be nice to have hard copy of manual.

Nice printer. New to Epson. Thought I would give it a try because it was recommended as a good buy. I agree and a GREAT price at BEST BUY

The prints are decent for general purpose and is not meant as a photo printer. The paper trays hold a good amount of paper and prints fast. I have experience Wi-Fi issues with printing. It seems to happen most often with printing PDF files and not due to file size. I have updated the firmware and it hasn't happen as often. It is a decent printer for the price but in this case I should have spent a little more to get better performance..

Fast and reliable. Paper tray difficulty in loading legal paper. Selecting tray to print from was not straightforward. Easy setup with wifi.

This printer was easy to set up. The two-sided printing is actually pretty quick. I love the double tray and the ability to print from my phone.

Prints fast, sharp and flawless. Ink is a little pricey but overall a great small business printer for businesses that have 50 or less employees.

I haven't used the printer too extensively yet, but the setup and what I've gotten out of it so far leaves me with no complaints. Great deal too at the price I paid!

This printer ( Epson WF-3640) was very easy to install and to set up. It has User Friendly menus and great phone support too. (I called Epson about a setting on the printer and a conflict with my software that was easily and quickly resolved.) The print, using Times New Roman 11 and 12 point, is also very sharp. It also printed a photograph beautifully on Hallmark Notecard Paper.

I bought this printer for my small business. The wireless printing works great and have printed everything from checks to addresses on envelopes without any problems

Took me about 20 minutes to unpack to printing , copying and faxing to my hearts content, even use the envelope setting to print return lables. Great quality product

I just need a printer asap this one work well and gets the job done. It dose a lot more than I need but who knows I mite learn to use it.

The many capabilities of this printer are fabulous for the price and size of the printer - excellent print quality too!

Purchased printer because of the need to fax multi-page documents easily. Met my needs and printer set-up by wireless network had good instructions and was easy.

Works nice. Ink is cheaper than HP . Epson sends ALOT of worthless updates without promoting though . Would recommend.

A little difficult to set up wireless and USB. Causes issues with scanning from printer to computer. Otherwise, good print quality.
