Good machine, easy to install, don't like the drawers very good, use to back of the machine for paper feed. prints nice, don't use the fax. Great for the price

Before, I always purchased HP until I realized HP ink getting more more expensive and doesn't last very long. I went to best buy and recommended by best buy employee about this product. I love it, never had any problem and save more money on ink.

Easy to set up.Prints better than wf-7620. Inserted ink with no problems. I LIKE PRINTING ENVELOPES FROM THE CASSETTE-NO PROBLEM USING MANY ENVELOPES AT A TIME. GOOD COLOR FOR PHOTOS.

I needed a good quality printer, and was considering a laser printer. That is until I found this printer at my local Best Buy store. I found this one and I could not be any happier. In fact I think it is, hands down, the best printer I have ever had. Epson hit the ball out of the park with this system.

This is a great quality printer. Pulled it out of the box and had it set up on the wifi and 2 computers in 20 minutes. Fast print speed and awesome quality. Good product for the price

Very good print quality and easy to use. I also like being able to load different size paper in the drawers, even leave envelopes in on drawer so no having to switch paper and envelopes.

It works just as expected,Color pictures are sharp, and it prints very fast.With 2 storage trays I almost never runout of paper when printing multiple reports for work related jobs.

I like the fact we can print over WiFi and the connection process is super easy. The only thing we don’t like is we don’t use it often. I think the ink in the heads dries and quality goes down. It’s only for personal use so not a big deal.

Fast printer. Easy setup. Lots of features. The only issue so far is that the color ink seemed to have run out before the black.

I have been an Epson fan for a while. I almost bought a HP with the monthly ink plan but when I calculated the ink cost I changed my mind. So far I'm glad I did. I purchased a new printer because my old one would not support wireless printing from my I-phone and I - Pad this one works great!!

Really easy to set up, and is running beautifully so far. I haven't done any huge print jobs yet, but it seems to be handling everything easily.

My previous printer had broken and I got this one to replace it. It was difficult to set up, I had to call in for technical assistance to get the wireless printing set up correctly. It's a little difficult to navigate the 2 sided copying but it's getting easier.

Very reliable and dependable, beats the HP printer that I had to keep calling geek squad to fix, would recommend to anyone and is less expensive than the smaller hp. Great buy

One of the best printers I have had. This printer has its own email address and you can print from anywhere and it will printer directly to printer from anyone's email. I have had canon and hp printers. This is all I use now is epson.

I was going to originally purchase the the Epson WF-3620 but Best Buy had an amazing deal that I couldn't pass up in getting the 3640. I like having the second paper tray to hold my photo quality paper. I really purchased a new printer to have access to a decent scanner and it's done well so far.

Great printer. Easy setup. After an exhaustive search and review of all the printers out there, I chose the Epson WF-3640 because of its features and value. Best Buy had the best price. If you are looking for a printer, scanner, facsimile that has many features, quality and dependability, this it.

I bought this All-In-One Printer for work purposes, and I loved the easy set up and maintenance. It has been the most reliable printer I have ever used.

Excellent printer right out of the box. The sheet capacity and duplexing capability are major pros! The only thing I don't like is the lack of printing black and white from the color cartridges (when the black ink is out).

I love this printer because it has 2 paper cassettes which I use for legal and letter sized printing (no more manual paper feeding). I also love the auto document feeder because it saves time scanning batches of papers. Just the perfect printer for me and a great price on top of that!

I was very skeptical about this printer but it has exceeded my expectations... One thing I will add is the fact that the envelope tray is not working right for me... am not sure if anybody have the same issue but overall rating for this product is very good.
