The printer was plug and play with my home wifi and iMac. No problems. Just plug and play. Set-up to print in less than 10 minutes and no problems since. AirPrint works as expected as well. Black ink yield has been higher than my previous printer. So far so good.

I am happy with the product vs the price that I paid. The printer is quick and has Wifi capabilties, easy to set up and is much faster than my earlier Brother MFD.The product is sturdy and I am happy with the first few scanning and printing results. I have been using this for my home use for the last 3 weeks.

I like the versatility of the printer and how easy it is to figure out each function. The ink is expensive but I hope to figure a way to use less. Would like to find instructions to make smaller pictures using the 4x6 inch paper.

We bought this printer to replace a similar Epson model on which the display went bad. This one surpasses the older model by far.

My previous printer was a HP All-in-one printer that quickly ran out of ink. This epson has printed almost 500 pages with no fade! The scanning function and connection to mobile device is a little slow (only reason for a 4 star). Other than that this is an easy setup and use all-in-one printer.

it works well i have one at home and one at the office its great and the ink usage is great

I've owned several all in one's but this one is by far the best. On top of being wifi enabled it has 3 different paper trays for letter, legal, and photo paper. Makes printing hassle free. The touch screen is nice too. Love it.

The 3640 has all I wanted - scanner, printer, photo printing, wireless printing and direct wireless printing. Not many people use fax printing, but its there if needed. Scan to email too! It replaced an Hp4000n, a photosmart printer and a flatbed scanner/color inkjet printer. I have recovered space in my office! All for just $99.99.

I love it! Work great with the wifi connection. I have printer setup at upstair and is connecting fine with computer downstair.

This printer is great for office work, especially the double sided printing. I even purchased a second printer for a back up.

This printer seems to be a tad bit quieter than my previous hp printer. The setup was easy and have all my mobile equipment connected to it w/o any hassle. The printer is faster and the foot print is smaller than my previous one. Also the ink cartridges won't put your wallet in a choke hold which is a huge plus going forward.

Bought this printer to replace an older one. I love the features on this one and the only drawback is the size. It's a little larger than my old one but it is quiet and very fast. If the size of the printer doesn't matter to you then for the features I would definitely get this one.....

It's a solid unit, but the paper jams more than we are used to and requires us to check on it as opposed to setting it to print and coming back later. It's a little bigger than the prior Epson model we had so be sure to pay attention to where you are going to put your All In One.

Purchased this printer last month and only recently connected it. Still learning all the ins and outs of it.

This is an upgrade to my epson printer that died. Best buy honored the web price that was less then the store. Good printer.

east to use. fine printing quality, robust assembly

I love this product. Print quality is great and fast. but set-up has been troublesome. I followed directions to the letter. But, once I wanted to connect wirelessly, I had to call customer service twice. At the end, got it working, but i think I should have had to call CS.
