This is a GREAT machine. Easy copies, faxes and prints. Hooks up to the wifi easily and seamlessly. The ONLY thing I don't like is that it EATS ink and the ink is EXPENSIVE. I literally spent $100 every two weeks in ink, so I bought a laser printer to replace this brand new unit. I still have it, but use it for copies and faxes.

My old Epson WorkForce needed a replacement. The printer was about 5 years old or so. Since I have been quite happy with Epson WorkForce printers, I decided to purchase the WF-3640 because 1) it was on sale, 2) it is feature packed all-in-one, and 3) I like Epson's photo quality when it comes to printing photos. I definitely recommend this product for those that can fit this in their budget. A great business printer that can do everything!

Works great. Color copies are crisp and true to original on photos.

I have the larger version of this printer (the WF-7620) at my office and I wanted a printer with similar functions and ink for my home office. I like both of them however I wish the ink cartridges and paper trays were bigger. I seem to always be needing to stop what I'm doing to service the printer. There are no breakdowns or serious issues; it's just a hungry machine that forces me to keep it fed.

I love this printer! I use it for business purposes and it exceeds my expectations. It is fast and very easy to use.

This is the best printer I have ever owned. Very reliable and for the price I paid it's a great value.

I got probably a good year of light use out of this before experiencing problems. When printing, lines of text are either blurry or missing. This is usually 3-7 lines per page, which may not seem bad, but if you are using it for a resume it is a nightmare. I print a couple spreadsheet logs for my business, like deposit logs, that have many cells and they come out misaligned, blurry, missing. Very unprofessional looking. I included a picture of one of these. If you clean the heads it will use up a lot of ink and it doesn't really make a difference in the print quality. It's just not a product I can recommend.
