I bought this for my daughter and she is very pleased with it. I am thinking about purchasing one for myself.

Easy to setup- no problems and the wi fi is working well with no glitches on the printer!

works well but not able to make changes in the printer's settings so not a 5 star review

I picked this printer primarily based on the wide-format capabilities, scanner resolution, and a blog post I had read. It's exactly what I was needing at a decent price.

Using in a work environment and the users are happy with the printer.

I was not able to get this printer to work until I paid Tech Support $99.00 to clear my computer of hackers I did not know that I had hackers into my computer and was told that my virus system would not take care of the problem. Once I paid the $99.00 dollars, then the printer worked.

Hard to setup wifi priht to laptop CS needs to speak English.

it takes a while to warm up and sounds like it is using up ink

This was my 2nd Epson wide format multifunction printer. The print function on the last one I had broke after about 3yrs when I inserted a new ink cartridge. I had changed them many times over those years so I know how to do it and wasn't being rough. With this particular model, the print function is the issue for me again. I've had it 18mo so no warranty coverage for me. It has been printing very fuzzy. I've changed the ink cartridges, cleaned the heads multiple times, checked the alignment and all the other maintenance tasks but it hasn't solved the problem. The printer is pretty much useless now. No more Epson's for me.

This is a great printer! Just be aware it is very big. You need plenty of space for it! Easy set up and great quality print.

Got this for the wide format printing. The users have had no complaints. Being used in a construction environment.

Units small form factor fits almost anywhere. Copies are fully dry and ready for handling within seconds.

Very easy setup except for the Wi-Fi connection to the router. Have worked on it for hours and can't get connected to the the router. Called support and they just left me hanging very disappointed because that is why we bought it.

We purchased this product to print graphics previews and for our auto cad drawings. It works perfectly.

Had to return it, there was a defect in the mechanic defect in the print head.

This is a great printer for the price. Easy PC, phone and tablet set up. Large LCD control screen.

My mom lives this printer, she does all sorts of crafts and this helps her out a lot

So far so good. Easy to use. And it enlarge s and shrinks images you have scanned.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this product. I was a great buy!
