I purchased this bad boy mainly for printing labels for my bakery and so far so good, this guy works like a champ!

I need a lesson on fax sending and receiving. The instructions are a little vague in some places.

I love this product. It has been the best update our family has invested in. With it's various preferences options and customizations, it is helpful from our daughters in school to my husband's office work! Faxing, scanning, copying, to the computer wirelessly and via USB. Amazing product overall!

I have used Epson printers for years (4 of them) and have never had them wear out,,...... I just needed to upgrade. This printer is fantastic! I can print 11x17 inch engineering documents with no scale adjustments. A couple of years ago you could not touch a printer without spending major money.

My Son has really put it to heavy use and has not voiced any complaints.

This is the fourth Epson printer we've had. They will last until the ink is obsolete. Good value for the money.

I love the friendly-noise it makes as it performs its printing job. I can now print my own pictures at home.

We bought this for our home business mainly for the scanner. The printer is really good quality and we haven't had any problems facing. The scan to email feature was a little hard to set up and required quite a few steps but now that it's set up it works great.

Scanning multi-pages of a document makes it easier to save as a business file. Printing is crisp.

This has been a great printer and the larger size flatbed for scanning of books is awesome.

Easy setup; easy to customize print options; operates as advertised. I am delighted with this printer.

I was a little skeptical, but money well spent for our new office.

Difficulties with initial installation/connection. Things seemed to be working for awhile, then something changed (Did I hit the wrong button?!) and basic copying and scanning became torturous. Not an intuitive machine. Not a good choice for people like me who don't want to spend a bunch of time learning how to make simple copies and scans!

I can do so much more with this printer than I could with my old one and so much faster it is excellent

Great printer in a household with several high school kids and 2 parents in college we print lots and need a heavier duty printer. The ink does not last exactly as long as stated but is very close so the ink cost is not as bad as my last printer.

This thing is a work horse! It does everything we want it to do and more! And the price was right!

This is by far the best printer I have ever purchased. If you are in the graphic design field this printer is for you it prints 13x19 and any size in between and the paper comes out crisp without excess ink on the pages.

Bought this brand not sure of the quality, but I am very pleased.

I'll keep this short and simple (or KISS, as my daddy would say); don't waste your time, money, or effort on this printer. While it seems like the ideal dream, and many of the of the reviews I read seemed pleased- I beg you- *carefully* read and re-read the specs from EPSON site (for once, Best Buy is not accurate, which Epson said they would contact them about, so the discrepancies may be fixed by the time this posts)... If your plan is to use this as a big office printer and you only want the larger format scanning for general ledger sheets, you'll be fine; but if you want to copy things at 8.5x11 using the flatbed and not the ADF (like, from a book) you can't print them borderlessly AT ALL. And even with a border, they print as a "photo" (yes, even in B&W), which is slowwww and just plows through ink. Epson support has been great and very helpful, explaining that there is no way around that- this printer is not meant to do photos at all (that's not what the Best Buy site specs state at this time). It's meant as an office printer that can print PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, etc that are all mainly text with mild imagery that isn't reproduced at high quality. Clip art evidently would do better. Very dissatisfied with misinformation online and in store from two employees. So this earns two stars because it does not at ALL work for what my stated, quite literally listed (written out) needs are, and I was told (by researching online on this site and in store it would work). As a printer doing what it was intended for as stated by several Epson reps as we attempted to troubleshoot, I'm sure the rating would be much higher; sadly, I can't say since that wasn't what I used the machine to do.

Works fine with no jams. Seems like original ink cartridges were of standard size.
