Longtime HP champion. I have 5 businesses with 2 or more HP 8500s or 8600/8630s in each store. Not a single one has lasted 5 years, one was a few months old but have been stored 3 years in the box so no warranty. We decided to try this Epsons for the central office and I am thrilled. One huge problem with HP printers is when we receive a fax or print documents we use both legal and letter. The Epson knows which drawer to pull from and gives me the right size, HP has no clue and I never know which size I will get regardless of the size paper called for. All of our stores will be switched over shortly. HP's lack of quality and low level technology has turned me to Epson. Don't even get me started on the ink. Epson is far superior in ink usage and will save us money on the crazy prices HP charges for ink.

This is one of the best overall printers I have owned. Great Quality and speed. the only thing I don't like is the FAX will not work with my cable provider (Comcast) not that I use the FAX that much but it would be nice when I do need it.

This is a perfect device for a small office or a personal home office. It scans, prints, and faxes quickly. It is very economical when used within reason. It is not a device for someone who prints multiple 1,000 pages per week or per month.

This is perfect for my everyday use and for photos.

The first one I had ran out of ink, so I installed no cartridges. It never worked again (lemon I guess) exchanged for the very same thing no problems what so ever. Great printer, very versatile, great printing quality.

Setup and installation went flawlessly. I really like being able to use two sizes of paper in the two trays and the duplex copying and printing capability. I like how it gives a lot of capability in a fairly small footprint.

Reliable and decent quality. Speed is ok too and deals well with printing large documents over extended periods.Not a single occasion to clear a paper jam. Not pretty, but functional - would buy it again

This is a wonderful product. With its multiple supported media sizes, it handles most any users' printing needs. It prints high quality documents, and it allows for fast printing. I recommend this printer for any office.
