Epson has a great document feeder, and is excellent at not taking more than one sheet at a time thru the scanner or copier. However, connecting to it thru a network can be a challenge, as it is hit or miss. I had to spend much time on the epson website for the proper drivers to connect to it.

I was looking for a printer where I could do everything like I used to with my old printer. This turned out better for me because I work from home and I use a lot of 12 x 12 paper for what I do. This printer has turned out to be great for my work and I don't think I would have gotten another printer.

I have owned many HP printers over the last ten years but none of them have have even come close to the functionality, the features and the build quality of the Work Force 7620. The price is great and the machine is excellent. I now own two.

SETUP FOR WIRELESS WAS NOT SIMPLE. A SEPERATE APP IS NECESSARY TO WIRELESSLY PRINT FROM MOBILE DEVICES. THE 2ND PAPER TRAY JAMS WHEN YOU PLACE LEGAL SIZE PAPER. THE WHOLE PRINTER IS TOO BIG AND BULKY, I HAVE BUYERS REMORSE.

The paper jam sign came on after just a few good prints. There appears to be no paper jam, but the machine has not worked since. A very frustrating experience that wasted an hour of troubleshooting time to no avail.

So i have had this printer, has done great up to 2 year mark where the warranty expired(literally it expired 5 days ago). You will love this printer tho, its great, but buy the 4 years warranty if you do a lot of printing to save yourself a headache.

The equipment works well. The set up is a bit complicated, I had to call the Geek squad to tell me I needed a 3rd phone line to connect the fax. It would've been helpful if the installation instructions stated that.

This all in one printer is a workhorse for your office or home needs and dependability is at the fore front of their values for customers like me and you and that is what keeps this printer on my desktop for my use for any task that comes along.

It took me some time to Connect everything and get it Set up, and then I still had problems. So I did what any smart 71 year old would, I called my so in law, who's an engineer and had it Run- ing perfect in under 10 min.

I wanted a scanner to get a high resolution for my artwork. I love printing from my iPad in another room thanks to its wifi ability. I am very happy with this purchase.

This printer has a lot of great options, but you will go through ink like crazy and you’ll spend all day handfeeding single oversized sheets of paper one at a time. Not thrilled it’s still in my office.
