All in all a good product, however the first one I had to return since the large or second paper tray would not engage into machine. no problems since and the exchange was painless

I installed the printer per the instructions but had to ultimately get Epson on the phone to make it work. I continually have problems with the printer connecting wirelessly to my laptop. sometimes it connects right away and at other times, it won't connect at all. very frustrating. I have to just walk away and come back later to print. Then it works great.

Great printer for 11x17. Scans even larger. First I've seen to print double sided (as an ink jet). Pay attention to the type of paper weight or you'll get bleed through. Typically cartridge cost.

This printer is much better than my old one, also an Epson. It had developed a habit of printing a vertical line down the center of the page on it's own.

Overall, I am pleased with the product. It sometimes I have to remove and reinsert the second paper tray as the printer thinks it is or installed properly

For me the printer was not fast enough. It jammed too frequently and the pages did not feed straight.

This does everything that I need it to do plus I think 100 more things. I am in love with my printer and couldn't ask for more

I love this printer. Works great for my small business. I use to print labels for my boxes. *Only draw back is the Ink for this printer is expensive and runs out fast*.

Great printer, I do have time to time trouble with it reconising which paper tray I need to use, of course this could be me not knowing the ins and outs yet

This printer was very easy to set up. The wide format and double sided printer makes this perfect for the home office.

I bought this because I need a scanner that can handle plenty of papers in a batch as well as a high capacity in print jobs. It looks like I found it.

Has met my expectations. A little confusing as to where to lay page on glass for copy. Had to download another app to print from phone, but now works great!

Very easy to setup up both on desktop and mobile systems. Does duplex scanning of 11"x17" sheets along with copying. Simple to install ink cartridges. Very easy to use.

Looked at many different printers and found this to be the best for the price, very sturdy construction and after printing, know it was a great selection.

This printer has been the answer for my small business needs. It's fast, and can handle the workload that I put on it. For its size, it was a remarkable price!

Very happy with purchase of printer. One feature that I like is the double sided printing without user intervention as in the previous printers that I had.

You can't put 4x6 paper in the trays but envelopes and smaller paper can be used 1 at a time in the rear

I love my Epson printer it is so easy to use and prints very high quality pictures as well as documents and anything else you might need printed.

So far, an excellent printer. The demo cartridges are way too small and don't last at all but get teh XL package after and it is working great

Works great with my IMac and MacBook Pro. Love it. As an Architect in training this is a great product for printing out large sheets
