The printer is very slow when printing. It takes up to 1 minute to send the printing from the computer to the printer.

The Epson ink cartridges are hardly usable on most of their printers.. print quality is poor and dirty.. would not print envelopes

Got this for my mother. Performed well however ink is expensive.

Horrible printer, expensive and a waste of money! I paid over $200 on sale and it worked a few times and then the ink jets clogged up!! Couldn't get it to work then the other no ran out before I even got the chance to get it working properly. I called epson and they sent me another printer and it did the same exact thing. I really wanted a laser printer but the guy at Best Buy recommended this one, he said it works better and better with ink and price compared to the laser. This isn't acurate, I wish I would have bought a laser printer!!

Broke within 5 weeks. Called EPSON, Tech Support was no help. couldn't speak English very well. Called Best Buy. Can't exchange, had longer then 2 weeks. Printer keeps saying no paper in tray. $ 200 wasted.

First time purchasing an Epson. Needed it for home office. I was attracted by the large paper size capacity and the dual paper trays, but the scanning interface, speed and quality did not meet my needs. Product returned.

Bought this printer on sale at half price. Normally $299.99 and got it for $150. Now I know why it was half price! Within 3 months had to take it back because it stopped printing. The next one lasted 6 months and the same thing! Went through 2 more and come to find out these things are known for their poor quality due to print heads clogging up for no reason!! STAY AWAY FROM EPSON PRODUCTS!!

This printer has poor grayscale print quality and the color print quality is so bad it simply cannot be used. I wasted over $100 on cartridges and then had to replace it. I checked the Demo model on display at the store when I started having problems and it had the same issues mine had. Not sure why Epson would continue to market this printer. I replaced it with an HP Officejet Pro 7740 that is about the same price but works flawlessly. I would highly recommend not purchasing this printer.

Colors are not even close to being as nice as shown on package or video. Runs out of ink quick. Now printing is really bad lines through images, leaving lines and fussiness around outer print, and splotchy. Done multiple maintenance and checks, has run printer out of ink doing maintenance, and still printing bad. Have reports to print and can't with this. More money lost.

I purchased this mainly for the larger scanning ability which it handles well enough. The scanning options are fairly bare bones (master size, color, b&w, grey, etc) as you might expect from an all in one versus a dedicated machine. Scan quality is good though. I'm using 100# stock in the auto feeder so I can only load about 6-7 sheets at a time or else it jams. I'm still satisfied with that since many auto feeders choke on 100# stock altogether. Scan speed is a bit on the slow side but being able to walk away with sheets in the autofeed helps. The print quality is good but a bit muted (in my opinion). I have not used the fax capacity so I can't speak to that. My only peeves with this machine so far is the tray build quality and the noise. The paper trays feel too lightweight and flimsy although they're serviceable. And, this is a noisy machine, at least when it's warming up and prepping the print head. Most of the warm up noise appears to be fan related. The print head noise I think is related to the machine vibrating and rattling the aforementioned paper trays. I purchased the machine on sale for $199. So peeves aside, for what I got it's certainly worth the price.

I didn't want to purchase an Epson because of quality issues in the past but my employers convinced me to try this one. I wish I had pushed harder to get an HP or a Brother printer ~ even refurbished ones would have been better than this Epson (workforce WF7620). I believe it's too late to return it but I'm going to try to sell it thru eBay or something so we can get some of our money back to buy a better printer!

Not finding the speed advertised or the quality of copies and prints. Also uses a ton of ink quickly. Wouldn't buy another Epson again.

Bought it and during the setup, it made really loud noise and gave me an error message. Spent an hour to make it work but no luck. Researched it online and looks like a few other people had same issue (same error message during initial setup stage like me). It was total waste of my time and money. I had to put this large printer back seat of my brand new M5 and bring back, wait in the line to return.

Piece of Junk, broke, made so cheap, there goal is to make money off the ink. Product breaks with minimum usage. no way to get your money out of it, its like 1 dollar per sheet.

Technical issue with fax and past 30 days. Brand new machine should have retail access to replacement fax machine. Besides that, I'm satisfied with other workable functions on the machine.

I am so disappointed with this printer. We are constantly byi g ink for it and we don't even use it that much. The color printed is constantly faded and never has a full color image.

Solid colors print with an obvious fine dot pattern, and that's with nice paper and high-quality print setting. Plus the colors are not vibrant or close, especially yellows/golds.

I had the previous model for a couple years and was pretty happy with it till it broke. This model always picks up 2, 3 , 4 sheets at a time and is useless.

All pages come out at an angle even thought the printer has been adjusted several times. We will probably return for a better/ different model.
