Printer goes though ink like crazy. I can't even print 500 pages using 252xl black ink only without having to replace it. Looking for a new printer.

Needed a wireless networked color printer. This Epson is easy to setup and use. I had/have an all-in-one black and white, wired (Brother MFC-8460N) printer. Having a wireless printer affords flexibility; Epson WF-7620.

When one color of ink is out, printer is completely inoperable. Can't even print in black/white.

after have lexmark hp and canon i choose the epson for the paper size it would handle and the wireless printing doing two side was a real plus i can print 11x17 that will do a lot of my field prints awesome if they get lost or missed up just print a new set in office

Just got this printer and was extremely surprised how easy it was to set up, link the WIFI for my computer and cell phone and then print and scan. This printer is awesome! I would recommend this for any home business.

Excellent printer! It can scan, copy and print letter, legal and tabloid size (11x17)!!! =D decent color image quality (not really for photos, but ok for daily architectural prints (2D, 3D images) and obviously office uses.

I bought this to print out wedding invitations. I should have checked out the website because this printer will not print on vellum. No big deal, I should have done better research. The prints were good quality, but we ran into so many little problems. 1) The size. It's big, it's bulky. 2) If you weren't specific about the tray you were using you'd have to push a button on the printer to get it to print anyway. Not handy when the printer is in another room. 3) Jams. Jammy jam jam jams. A few times, and on regular paper. 4) If you want to print on anything except plain, you have to put in one sheet at a time. Pretty pictures though.

We bought this printer for our small business office. It works great, we haven't had a problem yet in the few months we've had it, and gives a high quality print. The only con is that this printer is VERY LOUD when printing. It is on the counter right next to me, and I have a hard time hearing on the phone while it's printing something. Great printer but crazy loud.

I went all over the internet looking for printers with best over all reviews. I purchased this, although it is probably for someone with a small business or home office where it will be used more often than I will. Was very easy to set up. First time wifi set up without having to really work out glitches. I also received surprise review as I turned in a computer to recycling center. The gentleman said they have the same one and are happy with it. He also said several other businesses he knows of, one which has to operate in heat and cold, has the same one. The one with the temperature variations has had it for a year with no problems. Cannot get a better review than that. Just purchased, but happy so far.

Great printer, fast connects to wi-fi and fast prints from phone.

This is an inkjet with laser quality. Many useful features and works great! Love that it prints on all different sizes of paper and that it has 2 paper drawers.

Works pretty darn good. I bought it so I could do 11 x 17 for my construction layouts, I thought for the price what the heck, I set it up and it prints great, so far so good, still early though. I expected a lot less but it loads paper really easy, Suggestions 11 x 17 don't load the paper to full and don't get crazy printing to many sheets at 1 time and you will love it.

I was excited to see this had 11x17 capabilities. The setup was quite self explanatory, and it all functions well. The print mode works just fine, but if you plan on using the scanner on 11x17 (presume 8x11 is a little quicker), allow one minute per page. I do high volume scanning to my computer, and this is completely unacceptable! I may be returning this tomorrow.

The printer works flawlessly. Very good purchase. Epson makes a great product. The problem I have is with BestBuy is their shipping claims. At least it's happened enough to me to the point of not purchasing anything over the internet from them. This is from years ago. But, as time goes by you forget. So I made this purchase over the internet and they claimed free two day shipping. Well after the 3rd day I had a moment of remembrance and it all came back. They ship standard and call it two days. That's been my experience. I mean it was free so not much of a complaint. I can get real 2 day shipping from Amazon but I like the fact if I have a problem I can take it right down to their store and they will make it right. There were several times quite a few years back that I paid for 2 day but only got standard. Seems that has never changed. Tighten up. Also the box looked like a great dane slept with it. I almost didn't accept it. No way that printer could have survived. It did. Other than that, a good purchase.

it is totally reasonable price for 11*17 size i want to buy printer that can print for 11*17 size. this item is fitted it. also, you can use for 8.5*11 size paper. although the size of printer is too big, printing quality is excellent.

Purchased this printer for an industrial setting. Great having two trays that can be sized for different paper sizes.

This is by far the worst printer I have ever owned. It guzzles ink like a Luxury SUV. When there are only a few pages left in the tray the copier will pull all the sheets at once and then give you an error that the paper was the wrong size. When I print 11 x 17 excel pages it never prints a straight line. It often gets caught in loops like this morning. It said the paper was the wrong size, it wasn't. And it said the ink needed replacing. I put in more paper, made sure the correct size was selected and then tried to change the ink. But it went back to telling me the paper size was wrong. I would fix it and then it would tell me to change the ink, but it would't let me change the ink because the paper size was wrong. I've never had this many problems from a printer.

Came back from vacation and only blue colors print. Bought new cartridges twice and can't get unclogged. Started to see a little red and a little black but have spent 60 to 70 hours cleaning and printing and aligning and still cannot print anything I can read. Print alignment asks to select which square prints best but no squares appear and none is not a choice. Spent $200 on ink and have printed maybe 15 pages. Now getting can't see ink cartridge errors. Print functions shutting down until you buy new cartridge.

Bought this printer and got approximately 45 pages on ink cartridges that came with it. Called Epson and was told I should get approximately 300 pages per color and that I needed to purchase a new set of ink cartridges. I did and got 76 pages off the magenta & cyan! Returned the printer; cannot afford the ink. Was printing a newsletter that had some color but was not full color sheets. Horrible. Leave this one in the store and look for something better. I would have rated a zero but that is not an option. That is how bad this printer functions!

I bought this printer in Mar 2016. It started "smearing" a pattern of lines on every page within about 6 months. Nothing would correct it, not cleaning, etc. Spent 2 hours on the phone with Cust Service and they finally sent me a new printer. Didn't even make it two months and the smearing started again. Too bad. Good price, nice features. But after bad quality with both Brother and Epson, I'm just gonna bite the bullet and buy HP next time.
